One removing the state tax exeption from sanctuary churches
One adopting 287g statewide
One denying any kind of benefits to illegals statewide
One requiring big fines and prison sentences for those who employ illegals

That professor is on wikipedia, this looks like a cheap article written poorly. Maybe by a supporter of his, who knows.
