The Charlotte ordinance and other ordinances, laws, rulings or Justice Department actions that protect transgender people do not protect sexual offenders and sexual deviants on rape, assault, peeping, robbery or even entering the bathroom to begin with. People can not pose as transgenders to commit crimes any more than they can pose as a person of the opposite sex to commit any crime. People who do that are not protected by transgender protections. They're frauds, criminals and imposters abusing the rights of transgenders in order to commit horrible crimes.

Texas will not bend to Obama’s same sex bathroom extortion!

See Texas Lt. Gov. accuses Obama of 'blackmail' on transgender bathrooms

    05/13/16

"I believe it is the biggest issue facing families and schools in America since prayer was taken out of public schools," Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick told reporters.

Obama's policy "will divide the country not along political lines but along family values and school districts," Patrick said.

"He says he's going to withhold funding if schools do not follow the policy," Patrick said, referring to possible consequences if they do not adhere to the recommendations. "Well, in Texas, he can keep his 30 pieces of silver. We will not yield to blackmail from the president of the United States."

Noting that Texas public schools get $10 billion of federal funds over a two-year budget, Patrick said the majority of that is for free breakfast and lunch programs.”

It should also be noted that the Obama Administration’s [and this includes Hillary and Loretta Lynch] attempt to blackmail the States falls under the RICO LAW. Is it not time for the rank and file of both political parties to call for the impeachment of Obama and Loretta Lynch?

Withholding funds, threat of RICO act etc is a lot different than the WH bull statement.....
And a man dressed as a woman is a lot different than Target saying any man can use the ladies room. Bathhouse barry needs to butt out.

White House insists bathroom rule is just 'advice'

By Nicole Duran 5/13/16 2:14 PM

The Obama administration's guidance to the nation's school districts about bathroom use by transgender students "is not an enforcement action," and instead is just "advice," White House spokesman Josh Earnest clarified hours after the Education and Justice departments circulated the memo.

The guidance warns: "A school's failure to treat students consistently with their gender identity may create or contribute to a hostile environment in violation of Title IX," referring to the 1972 law banning sex discrimination in public schools. It also implies that schools could lose federal funding if they don't comply.

But Earnest said that doesn't impose any new requirements on schools.

"There's no additional requirement under the applicable law that is being imposed on schools, despite the political opponents of the administration," Earnest said. "There is a strong desire on the part of some politicians to try and score some cheap political points by presenting a solution to a problem that they can't prove exists."

Arkansas governor advises schools to ignore Obama's transgender bathroom decree

"And that's why the guidance that we have put forward includes tangible, specific suggestions for how that can be achieved," he added.

Earnest stressed that the Education Department was responding to requests from school districts and administrators across the country about how they should handle bathroom use by transgender students.

The federal government is offering "practical, real-world advice," Earnest said. "That is the practical offering that we have put forward here."

No student is forced to use a shared facility, for example, he said. And school districts can offer alternate facilities or make adjustments to current ones, such as adding curtains to showers in school locker rooms.

The guidance seeks to offer "solutions that protect the safety and dignity of every single student in the school," he said.

Earnest also took a swipe at Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, who called the guidance "blackmail" because noncompliance could lead to lawsuits or loss of federal funding.

"This underscores the risk of electing a right-wing radio host to a state-wide elected office," Earnest retorted, responding to Patrick's previous career as a Houston radio commentator.

Earnest asked if Patrick was suggesting "that it would be practical to station a law enforcement officer outside of every public bathroom in an education facility; and check people's birth certificates on the way in?" Earnest asked. "That doesn't sound like small government to me. It certainly sounds like a government intrusion to me. But again, that is what is hard to sift through with" the criticism, he said.

Earnest also argued that schools shouldn't see the guidance as a threat to their funding.

"No, they should not view it that way," when asked if school administrators should consider it a threat. "They should view it as guidance to a very straight-forward problem."
Earnest denied that the guidance is a response to North Carolina's controversial law on transgender bathroom use. The guidance is strictly guidance offered in response to requests from school districts for advice on how to handle transgender bathroom use, Earnest said.

"We've been quite clear about the need to keep enforcement actions clear of any sort of political interference," Earnest said. "This is not an enforcement action."

Barry is a twisted sister himself - why pass that on to our school children, none of your business what their gender or preferences are anyway. Think he would like to "come out" - maybe after he leaves office - big surprise NOT.
His latest perversion below ..K-12 will be subjected to his decree - how far is he going to go? He needs to be stopped!

Obama Will Push Transgender, ‘Gender Identity,’ Rules on all K-12 Schools

    AP

    by Neil Munro6 May 2016
President Barack Obama will step up his campaign to change the laws and social expectations about the sexual development of children in schools, according to Politico.

Politico’s report shows that Obama’s agenda goes much further than allowing a few “transgender” youths to use bathrooms or locker rooms reserved for kids of the opposite sex.

The new rules will restrict and suppress the views of the vast majority of normal students, and will create procedures to keep parents in the dark about their kids’ government-supported experiments in “gender identity.”

“The Obama administration is expected in coming weeks to aggressively reinforce its position that transgender student rights are fully protected under federal law,” according to Politico. “Multiple agencies are expected to be involved … the legal protections include providing transgender students with not just access to bathrooms and locker rooms that align with their gender identity but also affording them protections from bullying, harassment and sexual violence, and a right to privacy concerning their transgender status and transition,” Politico reports.

The new campaign could help Democratic turnout in 2016, Politico says. “The building political war over transgender rights has drawn vehement protest from the right and exposed and exacerbated simmering tensions within the Republican Party — and proven to be an effective issue for Democrats to use to mobilize their base.”

The scope of Obama’s pending demands are unclear — but hints are emerging from school districts around the nation.

Schools are facing financial threats from federal lawyers and from spending agencies who say a 2014 Department of Justice letter has converted a decades-old law intended to bar sexual discrimination into a new kind of law that provides federal support and legal protection for people who wish to change their “gender identity” into something between male and female.

GOP legislators gave up their chance to stop Obama’s campaign when House Speaker Paul Ryan and his deputies imposed no budget restrictions on Obama’s regulators during the December 2015 budget votes.

Federal agencies are using their funding and the 2014 letter to force schools to adopt “gender identity” programs which junk parents’ expectation that schools not divert children from the normal growth path from childhood through adolescence to adulthood, marriage and parenting.

In Oregon, for example, Breitbart has reported how the state’s school officials have issued a new set of rules that would require teachers to support young children who want to experiment with a new “gender identity,” even without their parent’s knowledge.

The far-reaching rules are included in a 15-page “guidance” to school districts, titled “Creating a Safe and Supportive School Environment for Transgender Students,” … the new regulation endorses the claim that there are many sex-related categories between male and female. The guidance provides a list of 15 “definitions” with which school districts should accept, including “assigned sex,” “cisgender,” “gender binary,” “gender sensitive,” “genderqueer,” and “intersex.”

[Sex] courses in Oregon school districts must contain “inclusive materials, language, and strategies that recognizes different sexual orientations, gender identities and gender expression,” the new rules say.

Oregon school officials also must prevent schoolyard criticism of “gender identity” youths, and must ensure they can participate in sports and social activities…

The new rules state that the student – regardless of age – should decide his or her gender, regardless of science. “The person best situated to determine a student’s gender identity is the individual student,” the department states.

State officials may choose to hide school support for a child’s choice of “gender identity,” the document suggests. “Transgender students may not want their parents to know about their transgender identity,” but school districts “should balance the goal of supporting the student with the requirement that parents be kept informed about their children,” the document said.
Conservatives say youths are harmed when they’re pushed off the normal development path from childhood to adulthood. For example, the suicide rate among transgender people is very high, according to Dr. Paul McHugh, a transgender expert who wrote in 2015 that:
At Johns Hopkins [university hospital], after pioneering sex-change surgery, we demonstrated that the practice brought no important benefits. As a result, we stopped offering that form of treatment in the 1970s. Our efforts, though, had little influence on the emergence of this new [gender] idea about sex, or upon the expansion of the number of “transgendered” among young and old … The most thorough follow-up of sex-reassigned people—extending over thirty years and conducted in Sweden, where the culture is strongly supportive of the transgendered—documents their lifelong mental unrest. Ten to fifteen years after surgical reassignment, the suicide rate of those who had undergone sex-reassignment surgery rose to twenty times that of comparable peers.
Obama’s 2016 plans are also likely to match his policy in North Carolina, where his agencies are also stepping up their pressure on the state government to gut a popular compromise bathroom privacy bill.

The bill, HB2, simply requires people to begin medical treatment and to official change their details on their birth certificate before they can use a bathroom designated for the opposite sex. The bill was passed last month to replace a city ordinance in Charlotte, which set no rules to verify claims of transgender status. The city simply allowed men to walk into women’s bathrooms and locker rooms, providing only that they claim to have a female “gender identity.”

That no-test policy is favored by progressives who wish to promote the idea of “gender fluid” sexuality in the place of what they decry as the “gender binary” of normal male and female sexuality that is favored by the vast majority of Americans and voters.

Obama’s agencies are pushing this would-be “gender fluid” sexual revolution.

On Friday, for example, Obama’s departments of transportation and urban development threatened to block federal funds for North Carolina unless the HB2 privacy bill is junked. The Justice Department has already demanded that the governor promise by Monday not to enforce the law, which was properly passed through the state legislature.

Obama’s departments and agencies are being backstopped by many business groups, such as Target, who are demanding that privacy laws be gutted to help aid the population of people who say they’re transgender. According to one study of the 2010 census, that population of transgenders amounts to 1 in every 2,400 Americans, or 0.03 percent of the adult population. Prominent advocates of transgender ideology, however, claim the population reaches all the way up to 0.3 percent.

But these gender-bending policies are risky for the Democrats, especially Hillary Clinton, who is hoping to win many votes from mothers.

Target is now facing a growing consumer boycott and its brand is being tarnished. A national poll shows a rapid increase in support for single-sex bathrooms.

The GOP’s conservative style, however, is much easier to defend in public. For example, after initial flubs, Donald Trump said that local communities — not the federal government — should decide local privacy rules. “I think that local communities and states should make the decisions,” he went on to say. “And I feel very strongly about that. The federal government should not be involved,” he said April 21.

Well, to some degree that's true, Sherry. LGBT citizens which include Transgenders, that's what the T in LGBT references, are entitled to the same rights as other citizens in our country.

Illegal aliens, on the other hand, are not entitled to anything in our country except deportation out of here.

Senator: Congress rejected Obama's transgender policy in November

    JoelGehrk 5/13/16 1:16 PM

President Obama's requirement that public schools allow transgender students to use the bathroom of their choosing is an attempt "to create law out of thin air," according to Sen. James Lankford, because Congress recently chose not to include such a policy in a recently passed education reform.

"The proposal in today's guidance is so significant and groundbreaking, it should only be considered by legislation, preferably at the local level, instead of through a Department of Education guidance letter," the Oklahoma Republican said. "Even though the department will say that guidance does not have the force of law, every school district in the country will be terrified of going against a federal agenda. This is threatening and intimidating and has no place in our government."

Schools are expected to implement the policy rather than risk the loss of federal education funding. Lankford is an evangelical Christian with socially conservative political preferences, but he rooted his opposition to the new transgender student policy in a process argument.

The freshman senator has repeatedly criticized the Education Department for acting beyond its congressional mandate and implementing substantive policy changes without going through a legally required regulatory process.

Congressional lawmakers negotiated a major education reform bill last year that could have been a vehicle for mandating the president's preferred policy, Lankford noted.
"During that debate, transgender student policy was discussed, but Congress ultimately decided to defer to states and localities," he said. "This proposal has many unintended consequences for safety and gender fairness, which are completely being ignored in this conversation."
The freshman senator voted against the confirmation of Education Secretary John King because King defended the department's use of the guidance, also known as Dear Colleague letters.

"Our goal with the guidance is to convey our interpretation of the law," King said during a Senate hearing.
Lankford rejected that explanation. "Some agencies complain that the rule-making process is too long and requires too much public input, so it's easier just to say the new rules simply interpret an existing rule and then skip the compliance with the Administrative Procedures Act that's required for a new rule," he said during a floor speech in March.

"It's a complete irony that agencies see regulatory compliance as too burdensome so they impose new regulatory guidance on states, local governments, tribes and private institutions at a faster pace, and those institutions have no way to fight the rules, only comply."

There seems to be one point that is not being discussed. A lot of men that have a sex change to become a woman, still are attracted to females. It is a fact that a lot of men continue to stay with their wives after having a sex change. Even Bruce Jenner has stated that his sexual preference is women. I think some are so quick to be politically correct that they really do not look at the bigger picture.

Caitlyn Jenner May “De-Transition”… Too Much Pressure Being Trans

The Jenner formerly known as Bruce made headlines almost a year ago when he officially became a she by undergoing multiple surgeries and re-emerging as Caitlyn Jenner.

However, it’s looking like life hasn’t been all puppies and rainbows for the new Jenner as CBS News has reported that Jenner is reportedly considering undergoing another “transition” — back into a man.

Reportedly, the transition has been very difficult on Jenner, and he still feels attracted to women — go figure — which may be a factor in the decision to return to being a man hard for Jenner. Multiple sources close to the Kardashian family are reportedly saying Jenner may be considering a reversal because she is still interested in women,” reported CBS News.

Apparently being a transgender was good enough for Jenner, but being a lesbian is crossing the line.

This new report is sure to stir up the transgender debate in America, not to mention confuse the heck out of a lot of people. If Jenner reversed gender — again — would we still call him Caitlyn, or Bruce, or something entirely new? Braitlyn, maybe?

People have reacted to this announcement with a mixture of confusion, amusement and a great deal of frustration. Some have even speculated that this new report is further evidence — as if any were needed — that Jenner does indeed have a mental problem.

Others have wondered if this was just one big publicity stunt orchestrated by the Kardashian family to keep their name in the media, because apparently posing naked every few weeks isn’t enough to keep people interested anymore.

Whatever the case, you can be sure that we’ll be hearing a whole lot more about Braitlyn in the next few weeks. It will be interesting to see how the people who hero-worshiped Jenner for being so “brave” by transitioning react to this latest announcement.
