Thanks for the post Gogo. Yes, the bar is moving but time is running out. We have only about 22 days left.

We need to work hard to make sure that every ALIPAC Discussion Groups board user and every lurker we can get chips in on this important effort.

Fund Raising is a necessary evil for groups like ours, we have to do it to keep the lights on and the machinery running.

I'm checking empty recycles today. I have a stash. Going to donate that money to Alipac. Like you say alexcastro every little bit helps. Websites are costly so we need to keep us going.

Hey folks, if the donations fall short this time, we could seriously have to scale down or drop important activities in the future.

Even if it's just a small amount, please do donate what you can.

If you can talk a like-minded friend or acquaintance into joining and contributing that would be even better.

I'll tell you what -alipac has been so important to me. I've learned so much here and brought back home. Result -both Waukegan and our sheriff (jail in Waukegan) have applied for 287g.

I even asked my mom to donate and she gladly did.
