The loophole trick for employers is that they have to be able to prove that they "knowingly hired" the illegal aliens.

This is how 99% of illegals get work here

If they present fake id to an employer , then the employer is off the hook
if they do the I9 cross the t's and dot the i's

If they call the illegal on the id they can be sued for discrimination

E verify is the way to go ,

Not excusing the employers because many of them know these people are illegals , they just go through the motions and look the other way

Also , Jose gets fired from Chipol number 1 , He becomes Jesus and gets a job at Chipol #2
Chances are it would take years for ICE to catch up to him again
