This whole thing about giving consideration to kids with low skills due to their "socio-economic" conditions. That ain't the way real life works, and there is no reason we should spoil them into non-competition and hand them everything whether they deserve it or not.

As far as I can tell, the bill they are talking about is S2205. All I can find out is that the bill has not yet been received from GPO.
