The roll call should be out soon. I'm sure Michelle Malkin will have it on her site when it's released.

It seems to me the Dream Act is now officially dead for this session. I am not sure how they could bring it back to the floor in the time left in this Congress due to certain proceedural requirements.

Of course after having watched these open borders corporatists and amnesty supporting socialists at work during the past few years has taught me to never underestimate the depths to which they will sink in order to strive toward reaching their objectives.

In the past I have seen Reid as Senate Majority Leader vote against something he actually supports. Evidently there is a procedural rule that allows legislation to be called back to the floor in that case. This time he went all in against law abiding unemployed American Citizens and maintained a NO vote on the record. That is the first honest thing he has done in years.

May Las Vegas and Nevada burn under the desert sun and survive without one red cent from my pocket while he remains in office.
Do you mean a 'Yes' vote?

Yes, I meant a Yes vote. I have been in a NO vote frame of mind this morning so please excuse my error.

Below is a link to the roll call vote for the Dream Act. And they should hear from us. I think I will call Murkowski's office first and Manchin's after that. He didn't even have the guts to vote. Then I will call the following offices, Nelson (Fl), Lugar, Webb and McCaskill, to let them know that I stand ready to donate to and promote whoever is running against them in their upcoming reelection bids during the next cycle.
