Duncan Hunter to officially declare tomorrow in S.C.
Read a blurb on the bottom of screen while watching C-Span today. Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA) will officially declare his run for President of the United States tomorrow while in South Carolina.

At least we are getting some viable alternatives. We need to get the good guys to join forces rather than splintering the immigration control caucus.

wonder where he will be in SC tomorrow I'm only 30 min from the state line. I'd dive an hour or two to hear him.

HUNTER TO MAKE IT OFFICIAL IN S.C.
U.S. Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., will officially kick off his bid for president in Spartanburg this week.
Hunter has previously said he would seek the GOP nomination, but Thursday morning’s announcement at the Marriott hotel will make it official.
Hunter is the ranking Republican on the House Armed Services Committee.

It IS official now that he is running.
I know he's anti-illegal but is he;
Anti-'path to citizenship'?
Pro-enforcement?
Pro-deportation?
Is he 'the guy' we're looking for or is Tancredo? Tancredo has butted heads with bush more on this topic and has pushed harder for enforcement and deportation.
Will Hunter do the same if elected?
So far it sounds great and he looks like the presidential type. With the extremely lowered bar set by bush either him or Tancredo would be a great fit in the white house IMHO."There's no such thing as ILLEGALalien-able rights!" REGRESO E MEXICO !

I had a pleasant surprise while doing my walk this morning and listing to the local talk show on 106.3.
They interviewed Tom Tancredo by phone. Had lots of positive phone calls to the radio show after he hung up.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

I think if both of them speak well on other national issues as well as illegal immigration then we should stand a good chance of replacing bush with an AMERICAN president.
