    Dear Men and Women of the National Guard and Border Patrol,

    This is a case where mere words are not enough to truly express our appreciation for what you are doing for our country. Millions of Americans in the United States have a true understanding of the importance of having security on our borders.

    We thank you, we think about you, we talk about you, we are concerned about you, and we pray that as you watch over our country that God will watch over you. Please accept these messages as our way of expressing to you how much we appreciate the hardships that you are facing on the border and the dangerous position that you willingly place yourselves in for the sake of our country.

    Sincerely,
    LegalUSCitizen

    I would like to add my thanks as well.
    To the National Guard;
    As a former Marine Nam vet I understand what it is like to leave family and home, your help in securing our borders is greatly appreciated, please know my thoughts and prayers are with all of you. You are helping to make a difference.
    To the US Border Patrol;
    What can I say, you guys are great!
    I live on the border and have had many problems and every time I call there is a agent that showed up quickly to help me. One time I called to report a suspisious vehicle and when I walked back outside a BP chopper was flying overhead, talk about service!
    I know many of you spend long boring hours just watching and the flustration of catching the same people you caught the day before.
    I have watched many of you track down illegals and your skills always amaze me.
    I also know about the many complaints you guys receive so I wanted you to know that this border resident is not one to complain, you have my deepest respect and gratitude.
    Thank you for all you have done and are doing.
    With best wishes

    PS, stay safe out there, all of you.
