Expect Upcoming Film Propaganda to 'Tear Down The Wall!'

CNN had what amounted to a "promotion piece" last week for the documentary "Which Way Home", which has been nominated for an Academy Award this year. According to the CNN reporter, it "is the story of 'migrant children' from Central America who have been told all their lives that a better life awaits them in the United States." Together with this professional documentary will be the airing this spring of "The 800 Mile Wall" directed by Mexico native John Carlos Frey. The descriptions of this film below are themselves "promotion pieces" for this and similar films about Mexicans in the United States by Mr. Frey.

    The 800 Mile Wall

The 800 Mile Wall highlights the construction of the new border walls along the U.S.-Mexico border as well as the effect on migrants trying to cross into the U.S. This powerful documentary film is an unflinching look at a failed U.S. border strategy that many believe violates fundamental human rights. ?

how does a nations soverigneity violate human rights ?

and, while we are at it, ummmmmm, when does central america intend on taking cer of human rights for its own citizens ?

sorrry, but america is broke, and people are having trouble maintaining a roof over their heads, people just dont have the ability to worry about millions of others right now

it may sound cruel, but it is true

every time we speak about people needing help, it always seems to be at a cost to the american tax payer

It's hard for me to describe how much reading something like this angers me. My favorite part is when it talks about the deaths of illegals in hazardous areas--NO ONE IS FORCING THESE PEOPLE TO COME OVER! So don't feel sorry for those who try to and die. WE DON'T OWE THEM ANYTHING!

What if someone wrote a documentary about how drug dealers are killed when they're just trying to sell crack to kids. Should we feel sorry for them or put policies in place to ensure their safety? No, because they're CRIMINALS.
