Computech encourages its employees to "boost" the experience on their resume. The material to enhance your resume, i.e. projects done, roles played etc., is provided from the resumes of either senior or ex-consultants of the company. At the time of joining Computech, I had a year of experience as a programmer. By the time I quit, Computech was marketing me (without my consent) with four years of experience.
[quote]Computech also went to the extent of tampering with my time sheets. I would advise all alien workers to keep a photocopy of their time cards for the record, especially if you work for an Indian owned/run-consulting firm. Only your employment agreement holds ground. Regarding a "bond", as far as I know, it does not hold good in the U.S. Of course it would be advisable that you consult a lawyer on this issue at: http://www.immigration.com (or) http://www.murthy.com

Let me get my tissue, how sad , 5 people in an air-conditioned, heated apartment with clean running water, bath kitchen and toilet. Go back to India where everyone has there own apartment or large lavish home. The
terrible hardships you mention leave me reaching for the anti-depressents. Please call ICE and they will help you self deport. And if you call in the next 15 mins. ICE can deport your long suffering roomates, for the same phone call.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

I bet Tata was able to win more bids with what that did to their bottom line. We all know salary expenses are the biggest revenue hit.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
