Gutierrez seems very desperate. He is willing to accept full border security, giving up his DNA/blood for a biometric ID for all Americans if Republicans are willing to give in on Amnesty.

Gutierrez must be thinking: "Desperate times, call for desperate meassures".

He is taking the "whatever it takes to get amnesty" route.

After November, the Dems will loose House and Senate seats, and the White House fiscal commission will report on the state of financial ruin the nation is in. There will be less apetite to grant amnesty in 2011.

Luis is so full of crap it makes me sick....he is so afraid of the law being enforced he can not stand it....but then that would stop his country from invading our country...he loves this country my ass! Actually Luis is Puerto Rican. I doubt he gives a rats' tail about Mexicans. For that weasel it's all about his future as a permanent fixture in Chicago politics. He's so delusional he may even see himself as the first "hispanic" President some day.

Guiterrez never answered Hayworth's excellent question as to whether he believed illegal aliens did anything wrong about being here without authorization.

What a tool! He's freaking out that hispanics will be asked for ID (yeah like no one else is asked for ID, eh?) but is OK with biometric ID cards? Ok Luis, I'll agree to it IF every single illegal aliens and their anchor babies will be deported.

Those of us LEGALLY in this country already have ID, why do we need another ID?
