Also special order 40 forbid the LAPD from asking about the immigration status of any gang member or criminal they come in contact with or arrest.

Yes but make sure you do not cut the welfare, the free schools, the free medical care, the subsidized Housing, and all other benefits from the US taxpayers, other wise you will have illegal immigration out of the Mexican California to all the surrounding states... You think those peole will remain in California if it becomes Mexico... No way. these are free Loaders and Mexico does not give any freebees.

Just think about how much money these 3 20-somethings were making! Wher's the money?
