Good news out of Maine. We need some of you, as our best activists, to get on the phones and emails into Maine fast and heavy to seal the deal!

Good Morning!

I have to tell you I sent e-mails to all the
representatives and senators in Maine yesterday.

If my experience is any indication of what we'll see
you've done a great job and Maine gets it. I have
received several e-mail responses this morning and
without exception the representatives are in favor of
passing the No Driver's License legislation.

One representative even shared she has been the victim
of illegal immigration crime....

I just wanted to share this with you to let you know
you and we are making a difference; and it appears
even Maine residents are seeing the ugly truth and are
willing to act.

Thank you for taking the time to write. We are trying to determine now how we can force the Committee Chairman to allow a vote on the immigration packages. We will more than likely try to force a withdrawal of some of these bills. Of course you may be aware, we will need a 2/3 vote of the full house to withdraw from a committee.
