I already put the letter in use, I sent it via internet to the newspaper in town, and I mailed it to the chiefs of police of 3 towns close to mine. I also included a copy of "war has been declared" and a note saying please mail it to friends,relatives,and neighbors. I hope I don't get in trouble.
