Former AG Lynch suggests we need more 'marching,' 'blood,' and 'death' in the streets
By Rick Moran
March 5, 2017
In a video rant that Senate Democrats posted to their Facebook page as "words of inspiration," former Attorney General Loretta Lynch seemed to suggest that the way to combat the policies of President Trump was to mimic the success of civil rights protests, no matter the cost.
Without offering a shred of proof or any specifics, Lynch said that American's rights were "being assailed, being trampled on and even being rolled back." She also appeared to suggest that the way to remedy the situation was to march, bleed, and die for the cause.
WND:
Without offering any specifics, Lynch goes on to say that “our rights” are “being assailed, being trampled on and even being rolled back.”
But the strongest words come in a statement that seems to suggest the answer is street action that will inevitably turn bloody and deadly.
“I know that this is a time of great fear and uncertainty for so many people,” Lynch says. “I know it’s a time of concern for people, who see our rights being assailed, being trampled on and even being rolled back. I know that this is difficult, but I remind you that this has never been easy. We have always had to work to move this country forward to achieve the great ideals of our Founding Fathers.”
Lynch, who is scheduled to receive the Thomas Jefferson Foundation Medal of Law from the University of Virginia, goes on to say: “It has been people, individuals who have banded together, ordinary people who simply saw what needed to be done and came together and supported those ideals who have made the difference. They’ve marched, they’ve bled and yes, some of them died. This is hard. Every good thing is. We have done this before. We can do this again.”
Lynch succeeded Eric Holder as Barack Obama’s attorney general in 2014.
I don't think Lynch was actually calling for violence to combat Trump, but it's clear that her hysterical analysis of what Trump is actually doing logically led to the analogy with civil rights marchers who were beaten and even killed in the streets during the 1960's. It's not only a false analogy, but a loony kind of equivalence with the real hardship and suffering by civil rights activists.
If Senate Democrats think it's "inspirational" for Lynch to talk about blood and death in the streets, you have to wonder just how far they'll go in opposing the president.

Who is she targeting? Black Americans or White Democrats or Illegal Aliens? I don't think it's black Americans. I don't think black Americans really feel that their interests are being harmed by Donald Trump, quite the contrary if you ask me. While many may not say for fear of being attacked or degraded in some way, I think most black Americans today get it and actually support Trump's Agenda both for them and all other Americans.

UNREAL! Educated professionals refuse to accept another president other than obama or one of his like. They wanted him to be king forever. It is sick thinking and unhealthy for the nation!

Again, it must be something more than just loosing the election.
It truly can't be the concern for the black people. Pres. Trump's agenda in sending the illegals home, would be the best thing to happen to them. They would have a better chance at jobs and education.
Also, they are smart enough to know that what Pres. Trump has proposed is not totally foreign to this country. It is simply taking us back - not long ago - to a time when we were America.
How did they get so many people to buy into the idea that Pres. Trump was somehow going to destroy this country? What he promised is simply what was the norm a few short years ago!!!
I think it must be something far more serious than a change in policies or even destroying Pres. Obama's 'legacy', or Hillary loosing out.
Could it be there is something really 'rotten in Denmark (Washington & elsewhere)' and too many high ups are involved and run the risk of being exposed.
I just don't think a news media would destroy itself. I don't think a Democratic party would destroy itself. I don't think a Republican party would destroy itself. I don't think Hollywood would go off the deep end. I don't think cities, counties, universities would risk loosing government money - just to make sure Pres. Trump doesn't get the country back on it's feet.
Think about it, a lot of organizations, both political parties, corporations, and politicians are willing to destroy themselves to try to get Pres. Trump out of office.

For sure something is rotten in Denmark - our politicians' open border, amnesty agenda was within inches - now grinding to a halt. The sooner they can get him out of office, the happier they will be to continue on in their agenda.
The environmentalists are quite upset to hear of their progress on clean air and water being decimated. To have the long sought for Clean Water Rule removed along with allowing coal to dump their toxic wastes in our streams is horrendous and a big step backwards for the hope of a healthier population. To allow lead in hunters' bullets to pollute our natural areas with deadly toxic lead is nonsensical. Why poison other wildlife? Allow lead to run into our waters? The profit based vs sensible agendas are upsetting to say the least but none of the lunatics, pelosi, lindsey graham, lynch, waters, main stream media are discussing those things.Last edited by artist; 03-05-2017 at 08:58 PM.

Environmentalists probably are upset. The fact is, we have only played lip service to the environment.
I would like to see a lot stronger rules and regulations, but that isn't going to happen - no matter who - or what is in the WH.
As long as money matters more than lives - it will continue to be so.
