I would like to know if these homesteaders and ranchers on the border are trying to sue the states or their communities for not protecting them. If I had people trampling across my yard every night, the police would be all over it. The local and federal govts are obligated to protect any citizen from mayhem and murder, not to mention tresspassing, no matter where they live. Those people need to file a class action law suit (and some lawyer stands to gain alot here). It shouldn't be a problem, unless I'm missing something here??

Looks like they need some Night Vision Goggles or NVG to me. I would not be out there in the dark without a set.
