This is no doubt that interior enforcement would be the most effective. If the employers were held to our laws the incentive to cross the border would be next to nil. No matter how we protect the border people will manage to cross. But no job, no reason to cross. Just then maybe Mexico would be forced to fix their own corrupted disfunctional society.
