Funding Appropriations bill , Pork from hell

Part of any end to Repub filibustering is for a pass to fund the govt

The breaking news is that the new approp bill is almost 2000 pages long
    with pork from hell

There is going to be a huge outcry against this piece of garbage

McCain says it contains over 8 billion in earmarks ,

Don't look for this stinker to pass any time soon

Probably Steve , remember , the govt runs out of money Friday, without this bill the govt is broke

Also the repubs will filibuster everything until the govt is funded and the tax package passes
They won't even be voting on the tax package until tomorrow , As of now several other senators are having second thoughts about voting for the tax package

Keeping a wary watch on these idiots , I don't see any way dream can come up before next week

Most , but not all of this was done by Dems , behind closed doors

John McCain and Senator Coburn are demanding THE WHOLE bill be read on the senate floor , All 2000 pages

Don't think the dream act will come up until next week.....the extension of the tax cut bill will run the clock out until Friday. Republicans have said over and over again that they, as a unified body, will not entertain or address any legislation until this bill is settled. That includes the dream act, DADT, etc. The nightmare is Harry Reid running this lame duck session until January 3rd....
