Targetlock I live 10 miles north east of Rippon. Thank you for sticking up for our rights. I'm sure I know which truck stop you were at. Rippon is sandwiched between Modesto and Manteca, both have a heavy illegal community. These communities are torn between the farmers that rely heavily on the cheap labor and those of us that aren't. I constantly spout my beliefs and I don't care who hears me.

I have noticed that intimidation is a common tool used by this culture. They have no problems communicating loudly while giving Americans dirty looks. I glare right back and let them know this is America and I don't like their behaviour. MOD EDIT

Was just at the Southern Poverty website, I looked at their "Hate Map" and noticed NOT ONE HATE organization in South Dakota!!!
    I feel left out (sarcasm)...
But I did leave a message... I asked Why LaRaza was NOT on their list? I said ANY organization named "THE RACE" should in my view, be considered a HATE GROUP!
Then I asked them if they were being Bias? LOL
    Oh well...Maybe NEXT YEAR
<div>MY eyes HAVE seen the GLORY... And that GLORY BELONGS to US... We the PEOPLE!</div>

They have gotten bolder and bolder. I don't understand how you
were told YOU were disturbing the peace. It's called freedom
of speech but I guess that only applies to the invaders.

When the police did show up I told them what happened and was then told that I could be charged with disturbing the peace for bringing up the subject and they tried to lecture me about cultural relations
    .

Targetlock, you must have felt like you were in the twilight zone! Since when are citizens not allowed to have private conversations about controversial subjects??? And since when does law enforcement have the right to challenge your rights? And since when is law enforcement allowed to intimiate a citizen who is exercising his Constitutional rights!!!

And, to add insult to injury, since when does a POLICE OFFICER have the right to lecture a citizen about "cultural relations"! Their job is to ENFORCE THE LAW, period!!! What law did YOU break, pray tell??? We know what laws the illegals break!!!

    Welcome to the twilight zone!!!

It's Immigration Law Institute that helps American citizens.

I would also call the State Attorney General and tell them you're constitutional rights were violated by the police department. I would also call the Internal Affairs Division of that Police Department.

You are a private citizen speaking with someone privately using your First Amendment rights when you were confronted by someone that was not being addressed.

Then the police violated your rights by trying to intimidate you.

Good advice, Gogo! Welcome, targetlock! It all stems from their hatred of Americans and sense of entitlement toward American society!

Good luck there, our Attorney General is "Moonbeam" Gerry Brown. He is a liberal flake.

That is true. Perhaps if other Californians are experiencing the same thing, it might be wise to get some of this on video and get it to YouTube and to people like Glenn Beck and Fox News. Then when THEY call moombeam they might get an answer.

How can YOU be charged with disturbing the peace?!

This is getting UNREAL. Its like CA is flooded with cops and other lawmakers who support Hispanic people only.
