    GILMER HERNANDEZ SET FREE!!!

Deputy Sherriff Gilmer Hernandez, part of the "Texas Three" along with Ramos and Campean, is free from his political imprisonment!! He was charged with violating the rights of illegal aliens when a van full of them tried to run them over, and he fired his weapon at the van's tires. The shots injured one of the illegals inside, and our boy Johnny Sutton prosecuted him. He was found guilty and sentenced to a year in prison.

I'm not sure if he served his entire sentence, or if he was released early, but he is FREE and SPEAKING HIS MIND!!!! Hernandez says that he was cleared by the Sherriffs Department and the Texas Rangers, but after the Mexican government lobbied the Justice Department, the FBI re-opened the investigation. THE FBI NEVER INTERVIEWED HERNANDEZ DURING THE INVESTIGATION!! Hernandez says that Sutton tried to get a plea bargain from him, and get him to LIE about the incident. Sutton wanted Hernandez to say he was firing at the VAN ITSELF rather than the van's tires. Hernandez (like Ramos and Campeon) refused to lie for Johnny boy, so he was persecuted, eh-hem, prosecuted. But he is free, and now speaking out about the corruption of Johnny Sutton and the US government.

he was prosecuted AFTER the mexican consulate in eagle pass wrote a note to the DOJ and demanded prosecution. WorldNetDaily wrote an article about this a long time ago and scanned a copy of the letter itself.

He had already been cleared by the most respected law enforcement people.... the texas rangers
