Glenn Beck Calls For Obama to Be Impeached Over Waiving Ban on Arming Terrorists to Arm Syrian Rebels

Glenn Beck explains why he is calling for the emperor, as well as people like John McCain, to be impeached over waiving a ban on arming terrorists. He even takes it a step further calling what 0bama has done is an act of treason because arming the Syrian rebels is aiding and abetting our enemies!

We know the rebels in Syria are composed of a handful of legit freedom fighters who have been completely co-opted by the muslim brotherhood, Al Qaeda, Al Nusra, Hezbollah, Hamas, Iranian Revolutionary Guard and the list goes on and on. These terror organizations ARE the ENEMIES of the United States which obama is now going to officially lend aid to with the stroke of a pen. Meanwhile our elected leaders continue to sit on the sidelines silent, doing nothing.

What this all breaks down to is the imperial emperor waives a law, ban on arming terrorists, so he can legally commit treason! We live in a crazy world for sure. What exactly are the people to do when our elected leaders can change the rules of the game as it goes along?

Obama waives ban on arming terrorists to allow aid to Syrian opposition

President Obama waived a provision of federal law designed to prevent the supply of arms to terrorist groups to clear the way for the U.S. to provide military assistance to “vetted” opposition groups fighting Syrian dictator Bashar Assad.

Some elements of the Syrian opposition are associated with radical Islamic terrorist groups, including al Qaeda, which was responsible for the Sept. 11 attacks in New York, Washington, D.C., and Shanksville, Pa., in 2001. Assad’s regime is backed by Iran and Hezbollah.

The president, citing his authority under the Arms Export Control Act, announced today that he would “waive the prohibitions in sections 40 and 40A of the AECA related to such a transaction.”

Those two sections prohibit sending weaponry to countries described in section 40(d): “The prohibitions contained in this section apply with respect to a country if the Secretary of State determines that the government of that country has repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism,” Congress stated in the Arms Control Export Act.

“For purposes of this subsection, such acts shall include all activities that the Secretary determines willfully aid or abet the international proliferation of nuclear explosive devices to individuals or groups or willfully aid or abet an individual or groups in acquiring unsafeguarded special nuclear material,” the law continues.

The law allows the president to waive those prohibitions if he “determines that the transaction is essential to the national security interests of the United States.”…more

The fact that the U.S. Congress has not issued a Declaration of War is not stopping Barack Obama from unconstitutionally intervening in Syria.

Yesterday, President Obama quietly signed a Presidential Determination waiving sections 40 and 40(a) of the Arms Export Control Act – a move that allegedly allows him to fund terrorist organizations for the sake of “national security.”

What this means is that Obama is going to take the actions of war without Congress and fight his personal war against the Syrian government via the rebels.

While Obama cites the AECA as legal basis for “assisting” the Free Syrian Army, law elsewhere patently describes such actions as illegal. The fact is, the U.S. Government is prohibited from assisting coup d’états or any type of government takeover according to Section 7008 of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Act of 2012 (division I of Public Law 112-74; 125 Stat. 1195).

As Congress has not declared war on Syria and has not appropriated any funds to pay for the weapons Obama wishes to transfer, Obama’s latest actions clearly show that he is dangerously close to committing an impeachable offense!

Let it be said that arming the Free Syrian Army is not necessary for our national security!

Constitutional Contempt

The Obama Administration’s contempt for the Constitution is reaching unprecedented heights.

Secretary of State John Kerry recently argued that Obama has a so-called ‘right’ to take the country to war without the consent of Congress!

The Secretary told several media outlets that Obama has the power to go to war alone, presumably even if Congress votes against entering into war with Syria in the coming days.

Speaking to George Stephanopoulos, Kerry had the audacity to say:

“The President of the United States has the right to take this action, doesn’t have to go to Congress, but he does so with the belief – and this is why I think it’s courageous – the president knows that America is stronger when we act in unity.”

Can you believe this? This claim is in flagrant opposition to the U.S. Constitution!

Obama has zero power to declare or take actions of war without the express approval of the U.S. Congress! This is made clear in Article I, Section 8 of the “Supreme Law” – the one that Obama and Kerry swore to uphold and protect.

Bogus claims like these not only smack of tyranny, but tell us that the Obama Administration is prepared to do whatever it takes - with or without Congress - to take our nation to war, even before the facts are settled!

Right now we need to demand lawmakers to prepare to remove Obama from office if he decides to take any actions of war without their approval!

Obama has not the power to drop a single bomb or provide the rebels with a single bullet without Congressional authorization!

Obama Wants War

It’s clear that Barack Obama wants to take our nation to war with Syria. He has said is looking at taking “limited, narrow” actions against the forces of Bashar al-Assad.

Obama even said: “I believe I have the authority to carry out this military action [in Syria] without specific congressional authorization.”

That’s right; Obama intends to unconstitutionally take actions of war against the Syrian government even though Congress - not the President - is vested with the power to declare war.

A bipartisan coalition of 116 House members sent Obama a letter urging him to refrain from taking actions of war without their authorization, but Obama doesn’t seem to care. In fact, he is dangerously close to single-handedly taking our nation to war in a manner that the Supreme Law prohibits.

Again, any action Obama takes without Congress is prohibited as our nation has not been attacked and our national security not at stake. This said, Obama cannot transfer a single weapon to the Syrian army or authorize a single drone-strike on his own power!

This is why we need to mobilize right away and tell lawmakers to prepare toremove Obama from office if he engages us in an undeclared, unconstitutional war!

“For too long, the legislature’s responsibility to authorize military force has been overlooked. It is time that we uphold the Constitution, which makes it clear in Article I, Section 8 that Congress alone holds the power to declare war.” – Rep. Walter Jones (R-NC).

H. Con. Res. 40

Any military action ordered by Obama in the absence of a Congressional Declaration of War is an impeachable offense in violation of the Constitution and the War Powers Resolution of 1973.

That’s why Rep. Walter Jones introduced H. Con. Res. 40 to prohibit Obama from “initiating war against Syria without express congressional authorization.”

The crux of the bill is as follows:

Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That it is the sense of Congress that-
(1) the President is prohibited under the Constitution from the offensive use of the United States Armed Forces in Syria without prior express authorization by an Act of Congress or without a prior express appropriation of funds for that purpose by an Act of Congress; and
(2) the President’s defiance of those constitutional limitations on his authority to initiate war would constitute an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.

America can’t afford to go to war without debate, and Obama is bound by oath to honor that fact. With the exception of our nation being physically attacked, the President cannot wage war; he can only preside over war once it has been declared by the People’s Congress. Should Obama fail to recognize this, Congress must swiftly remove him from his presidential seat.

Obama Arms Terrorist By Removing Federal Ban

President Barack Obama announced on Monday he would remove the federal law intended to prevent the provision of weapons to terrorists groups for the purpose of providing arms and other military aid to the Syrian rebels, the Washington Examiner’s Joel Gehrke reports.

Several radical Islamic terrorist groups, including al Qaeda, have joined forces with the Syrian rebels in the goal to overthrow Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

The Washington Examiner reports:

The president, citing his authority under the Arms Export Control Act, announced today that he would “waive the prohibitions in sections 40 and 40A of the AECA related to such a transaction.”

President Obama has the ability to remove the restrictions if he “determines that the transaction is essential to the national security interests of the United States.”

It is uncertain how weaponizing the Syrian rebels could be seen as “essential to the national security interests of the United States.” However, Obama is stating the claim that chemical weapons in the hands of Assad is a nation security threat to the United States.

Last week, the Washington Post reported on a “major escalation of the U.S. role in Syria’s civil war” after Obama’s White House proceeded with its vow to provide “lethal aid” to the rebels.



Weapons shipments of light arms and other munitions were delivered to the rebels in addition to nonlethal gear such as sophisticated communications equipment, advanced combat medical kits and vehicles.

This may sound like propaganda because it sounds so far fetched. It isn’t. Check your own world almanac….

Radical Islam has spread a scourge of violence around the globe that otherwise simply wouldn’t exist. It is time for the West to put an end to this horror. The first step is to destroy Iran as the world leader of Islamic violence.

As long as Iran threatens the world with nuclear Islamic fundamentalism there is simply no way to quash the continuing outbreak of Islamic violence worldwide. The Western democracies should crush the atavistic and xenophobic leader of this retreat from civilization.

If Iran is convincingly neutralized, it’s possible that the rest of the radical Islamic movements will realize that the way to accomplish their aspirations is through peaceful coexistence. Otherwise the monomaniacal dream of global Islamic domination will continue to destabilize the world until an apocalyptic result ensues.

The latest catastrophic, meaningless Islamic bloodletting is occurring in Kyrgyzstan. The Russians want no part of it and won’t intervene.
