They might be able to tell the Government No more Mexican trucks allowed.
And No you do not give our jobs to another country,
I bet they could write there own ticket. It would hurt me as well because lack of gas at the pumps and food from the stores… I know I would be affected as well by there strike
But it’s a cause I am willing to go with

This is an excellent idea.

Truckers better do this, even if it means unpaid vacation and threats from management. Because if they don't their jobs will go "adios" to mexican truckers.

Some may be... I do know that every night truckers from all across the nation call in to this talk show www.midnighttrucking.com

if this talk show Would endorse that all truckers take a week off at the same time there would be a great response

Perhaps W could put together a campaign? You're currently a trucker right?...Let's get those CB radios blaring!

If we did flyers ALIPAC members could distribute them to truckers at truck stops and at cargo bays behind stores.

The "midnight trucking" show is bought and paid for by the ATA...The American Trucking Association...which is bought and paid for by the Big Trucking companies who want the Mexican Carriers here..Word is, is that Swift, Celadon, JB Hunt all have vested interest in Mexico, they own warehouses down there and plan on using the cheap labor pool!
The midnight trucking show also is bought and paid for by the American Retailers Association, the American Mfg Association, ETc...can u see where this is going??? GREED,GREED,GREED...

And yes I am in the Industry...have been for over 10 years I am a dispatcher, and my husband is an Independant Owner Operator.
We all know that this is going to result in many decent paying jobs reduced to slave wages...Again More of the same from the Dictator Called El Presidente Boosh...These are now jobs Americans won't do!

Some of you may remember, about ten years ago, independent truckers went on strike because of the cost of fuel. Some of the big company drivers said...if the independent truckers strike, I'm going home and stay there until it is over. If you want to stop trucking across the country, you must get the independents to do it.

Sorry, I was under the impression you were. We need at least one person familiar with the trucking industry to help organize any sort of campaign.
