My dear President Trump, you know you can't negotiate with stupid. You have to tell these morons in Congress, straight-up, you're a bunch of nit wits. If you knew what to do, I wouldn't have had to run for President because you would have already done it. So, here's the New Deal, you sit down, shut-up, and wait for instructions.
