In January 2000, the Supreme Court rejected his appeal, but Giuliani vowed to ignore the law."
If cities can ignore the law in disfavor of illegals, then they should ignore the law (court rulings) that favor them. It's only fair, right?! If one city can protect them, then another should be able to toss them out. At least the latter is on the lawful side.

There were a lot of heros during 911, I am sorry that does not equip a person to be President. Guiliani, is pro gun control, pro choice, and pro-illegal immigration, though I like the man, I would not vote for him for President!

As for John McCain, in a way, I think he would be more a disaster then Bush has been, with his passive aggressive demeanor, anger issues, and he is just as stubborn as Bush is, no, even if he decided to wake up and smell the roses where the illegals are concerned, I would never in a million yrs vote for him!

One can only hope we will have someone more attuned to our cause when the time comes such as Duncan Hunter and Tancredo, otherwise, for the first time, I will just stay home instead of voting this time.
Build the dam fence post haste!
