Thread: Had an idea...........

How about we set up a fundraiser and raise money to build a REAL fence along the border! Any property owners could say they want it (it is THEIR land to do with what they want) that live along the border. We find contractors, vendors, etc. that want to help stop the invasion (if there are any) and we put out a call for volunteers to build it! I bet there would be thousands that would help because they would be able to SEE a REAL border fence go up!!!!!!!!!!!!

Of course the government won't let us build one on their lands cause they want this. But maybe we can at least put a dent in the invasion and help a lot of folks sleep better at night!

Just a thought. Could it be done? What do you think?

I like it , but proabably not.
But we could do a Cindy Sheehan and go to Crawford when Jorge takes his next five week vacation, which should be in about another month, and make him talk to us about these ILLEGAL DISEASE CARRYING MONGRULS coming across OUR border.

I would divorce myself from looking anything like Cindy Sheehan. She's an obnoxious career activist who has been waiting for this platform her whole life.

I think that we should just build the thing on the consent of the landowners. The Great Wall of Mexico. Visible from space, just like the Great Wall of China. Instead of Mongols our invaders are Mexicans. Instead of swords as weapons they carry diseases. Instead of torture they bring economic devastation.

The parallels are all there, so we might as well build a wall for the same reasons that the Chinese built theirs.

I don't want to get into a discussion about who or what she is. However, you must admit that she got the whole world looking at her.

What could the feds possibly have against 'The Fence' that would halt its construction? NOTHING. The land owner should be able to put up a fence in the pursiut of happiness. If 1/3 of the existing hole was plugged due to these structures, things would definately change. I support such a cause. Ohflyingone, you might back the feds in a corner with this one. No one can stop you from putting up a fence IF its on your property.

It would certainly increase pressure on the property owners that DID NOT have the fence. I think they would want their section built soon after others did it first. Lots of new traffic at the fence gaps.

William, you're absolutely right, fence installation would domino, especially if home and land owners got some finacial help (least we hope for a tax break).

I cannot imagine any landowner on the border NOT wanting it? These people live in fear everyday. Their land is being destroyed, there livestock is being killed! I know if it was me I would jump on it! It would have to be a good, strong, tall fence! One that could not be easily destroyed. Then when BOOSH and company keeping saying we can't do anything about it, we can point to the REAL fence and show them the numbers that are NO LONGER getting through! I would really like to know what some of the land owners down there think about this idea. Lets get their feedback and just see what they say. It is private property!

Anything is possible! Especially when people can build something that they know will help stop the invasion. I really do think that there would be a lot of people that would want to help, especially the construction workers that are losing their jobs to the illegals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think we should organize a protest march from California to Algodones, Mexico ( a very busy port of entry), its on an indian reservation so it would get even more attention then marching on Tijuna or Mexicali...
