The concept of American citizenship is dead. Sen. Harry Reid drove the final nail in the coffin with his floor statement yesterday, in which he referred to the 12 million illegal aliens currently in the U.S. as "12 million undocumented Americans." I've heard a lot of stupid euphemisms for illegal aliens, but that one takes the cake.

This is the exact quote from th official Senate website.

"This week, we will vote on cloture and final passage of a comprehensive bill that will strengthen border security, bring the 12 million undocumented Americans out of the shadows, and keep our economy strong. In the days ahead, we will work to improve the bill to protect and strengthen family ties while improving the structure of the temporary-worker program."

They are all out of touch with what is going on in this country and how it affect the American citizen and Mexico.
Reid said this morning, there was a girl who was illegal and a good student and could not go to college without aid.
She could easily go back to Mexico where universities, colleges and trade schools are begging for students to apply for schloships and aid to go to their school. By allowing all those kids to go to school here on scholships, aids and grants, we are destroying Mexico and there schools and Mexico's economy. And more will come here.

Reid getting ahead of himself, or revealing the true intent of this "legislation"?

This Bill is by Mexican interests, for Mexican interests at the expense of American interests. Thank you McKennedy, thank you "Latino Advocacy" front groups...

Might as well send more: of 28 million Mexican citizens living OUTSIDE Mexico, 25 million live in the US (according to a news report on Canal Once TV from Mexico)... out of a population of about 100 million... WOW!

His statements are flat out lies. Last year when they came out by the thousands and closed their businesses or didn't work, guess what? American wasn't affected. Who was affected, the mexican businesses because not 1 american business that I saw in Tulsa was closed.
