However, recently, I've noticed that a different kind of Hispanics are moving into the city. The Hispanics of today don't seem to have the same ethics, mantra and respect as the older generations did. They are brash, more prone to crime, have little respect for their neighbors and have an unusually wrong sense of entitlement

Exactly. I have always had Mexican friends and they have always been a part of us and our culture since day one. I don't understand it either but it's impossible to ignore and tolerate anymore because it is seriously effecting the citizens and areas they move to. Even when people try and work with them the attitude is if you don't like it, move because we aren't. For sheer safety people are leaving their life long home towns because it's impossible to live there anymore. There's been plenty of time now to adjust and adapt and I see nothing happening and absolutly no willingness either. The hatred is palatable and as much as they want to claim it's a race issue.....it's not.

I always liked the saying if one person tells you you are horse you can ignore it, if 2 people tell you you are then you better consider it....if 3 people do then buy yourself a saddle.

The exact same things are happening across the country, in every area and with every race....everyone is getting run out and it's become intolerable. Seems we too have the "right" to live in peace as well and I'm not seeing much effort on their part to do anything to bridge the gap.

Welcome though.....we all need your help and support as well. Hope your move put you in a more hospitable area........
