Help ALIPAC Collect a List of TRAITORs that Oppose SB 1070

Each day I see more big names that I know are part of the treason lobby responsible for illegal immigration in America today.

Right now Karl Rove is attacking AZ's SB 1070 and so is that sellout Rubio down in Florida that had people duped he was a real conservative. Geraldo Rivera and Judge Napolitano, the only two Hispanics on FOX NEWS, have both attacked as well.

It is time for us to make a list for the public to remember who serves the Open Borders Amnesty lobby.

Please help me build the list by posting the names and a link to an article here at alipac.us that proves they are opposing SB 1070 publicly.

LIST OF PUBLIC OFFICIALS AND PERSONALITIES OPPOSING SB 1070

    Total: 1

Rick Perry: Governor of Texas http://www.alipac.us/ftopict-196976.html

You post em and I will cut and paste them into the master list here.

The entire Congressional Hispanic Caucus. This is a group of representatives that set themselves apart from the Congress based on race and advocate for one race based legislation. They have their own "whip" they have set up there own little separate congress to advocate for one race of people. JMO I don't like the idaea of the Black caucus either, by the way. I defies the objectivity expected of lawmakers.

    Immigration
    Chair: Rep. Luis Gutierrez
    Members: All Members
The Immigration Task Force provides a national voice and leadership with regard to immigration, both within the halls of Congress and on behalf or our diverse communities across the United States. The task force will monitor matters relating to immigration policy, including but not limited to authorized, unauthorized, family- and work-based immigration; border, interior and workplace enforcement; citizenship, visa and immigration benefits processing; detention policy and conditions; and the immigration courts and due process. It will oversee the U.S. Departments of Homeland Security, Justice and State and immigration-related activities of the Administration. The task force will also recommend legislative and policy changes that strengthen our families, communities, economy and national security; are in the best interests of Hispanics, new immigrants and all Americans; and reflect our values and identity as a proud nation of immigrants.

The Immigration Task Force Priorities include:

Enactment of Comprehensive Immigration Reform (CIR), which includes:

A workable and realistic solution to the estimated 12 million undocumented immigrants in the United States. Undocumented individuals should register with the government, pass criminal and security background checks, join the aboveground economy, pay taxes, learn English and American civics and fully integrate into mainstream society. This is essential if we are to stop the exploitation of the undocumented in an underground economy, to the detriment of U.S. workers who depend on a legal workforce with full labor rights to protect fair wages and decent working conditions for all Americans.

A solution for the undocumented should also include a fair and just solution for our nation's immigrant farmworkers and talented students.

Reforms that prevent the separation of family members. To protect the family unit and provide stability to our communities, visas must be available in a timely way for the family members of U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents. Punishments for minor immigration infractions should not lead to the spouses or children of U.S. citizens living in exile ten or more years.

To prevent illegal immigration in the future, a bold and practical solution to the future needs in our workforce must be included in CIR. An effective labor market test is imperative if we are to protect the jobs of U.S. workers, while ensuring that any additional workers needed to fill employment gaps enter the U.S. safely, legally and with full labor rights and the ability, independent of employers, to integrate in the United States.

Smart, effective enforcement. Immigration enforcement that protects our borders, protects the rights, wages and labor conditions of all workers, prevents human trafficking and exploitation, prevents document fraud, holds employers accountable, ensures a legal workforce, and protects people's privacy and due process rights is essential to comprehensive immigration reform.

Ensure that immigration enforcement targets potential terrorists, criminals and others who seek to do us harm rather than law-abiding, hardworking immigrants. To advance this priority, the CHC will work to:

Stop the raids and the current de facto deportation-only policy of the federal government. Targeting immigrant workers is in direct conflict with CIR, which aims to identify real and workable solutions to our national security challenges and the estimated 12 million undocumented immigrants who live and work among us.

Ensure that the more than 100 Fugitive Operations Teams use their agents and resources to prioritize national security and criminal targets, while protecting the civil rights of immigrants and all Americans.

Demand investigations into enforcement actions that violate established protocol, policies and/or threaten public safety. This would include enforcement actions near schools, churches and children centers.

Promote immigrant integration and citizenship. To advance this priority, the Task Force will:

Work with the Administration to address processing delays in immigration benefits processing.

Ensure that immigrants have reasonable, culturally sensitive access to English and civics classes and to government services for which they qualify.

Encourage Members of Congress to hold citizenship workshops around the country.

Engage the Administration to keep immigration application fees within the financial reach of applicants, implement the naturalization test and application process so as not to discriminate against those with limited education or resources, minimize delays in background checks and encourage the millions of legal permanent residents eligible for naturalization to become citizens.
