Help answer this Please?
Out of shear curiosity, I did a search to find out "How Many" Mexican Consulates were in this Country. Here is what I found:
41 Consulates
1 Embassy
(http://www.mexonline.com/consulate.htm)
My question is this... WHY?<div>MY eyes HAVE seen the GLORY... And that GLORY BELONGS to US... We the PEOPLE!</div>

There are actually more than that, if you count the satillite locations and mobile consulates.
Mexicans need passports to travel back to Mexico because they came here without one. Actually, they use the passport as identification too.
