Here are some violations what H-1B Indians do .

    http://seeker.dice.com/olc/thread.jspa? ... 2&tstart=0

    (1) Indian Passports Fraud

many Indian H-1B visa holders have 3 to 4 Indian Passports for the ......same Indian citizen.

Same Indian guy , same photos on 4 different Indian passport , but 4 different fake names & date of births.

To obtain Each Indian "fraud" Passport, it costs about eight to nine thousands Rupees (Rs.8000) equivalent to US$200.

    (2) Housing Law Violation

In your neighborhood/apartment building, you will see 7 to 9 Indian H-1Bs are living in an One Bedroom Apartment.

Report it immediately to the City Housing Authority for the housing violation.

    (3) Extended Stay America Hotels / other Hotels

If you stay in any hotel , you will see 4 to 5 Indian H-1B guys living in a hotel studio. Hotel Management does not know this. Officially 2 Indian guys checked-in a hotel Studio room, but at night the extra 3 to 4 guys enter in the same hotel room secretly.

Report it to the Hotel Mangement Immediately.

    (4) Many Indian Private House Owners do Illegal business/ Violations:

Many Indian private house owners do illegal housing renting business. These owners never report this housing renting business to IRS (Internal Revenue Service). This is a Tax frauddd.

Report it to IRS & City Housing Authority in writing Immediately

While you report in writing , make sure you do "cc" / copy to your Congressman & Senators.

    (5) Credit Card fraud & Money Laundering

Many H-1B Indians buy laxurary cars. While these Indian citizen H-1Bs leave USA ( some leaves.....some stay as illegal aliens) , they withdraw all "cash advance" US $ from all of their credit cards . They have a plan. Few months earlier before leaving USA, they send all US dollars( withdrawn from credit cards) to India. They don't send US dollars via Wester Union. They do money tranfer without documenting. anyting......money laundering. They left the car in the parking lot if they can not sell it.

They don't care about "Credit History", because, one year later, same H-1B ( who is leaving USA & screwed his credit history) Indian guy will enter in the USA with different Indian passport , with different name & different date of birth. ....... same Indian guy has more than one Indian Passports in different names & different DOBs, but the same photo.

How do I know all of their violations? -- I have best friends who are H-1Bs Indians.

That's why politicians like McCain who say they will seal the border but want H1-B visas at the same time are lying.

    Americans are really suffering here.

Indicates that an effective way for localities to go is strictly enforcing their city housing codes against overcrowding of private residences, and perhaps passing more stringent limits on numbers of occupants legally allowed per residence. Pro-illegal advocates can argue that this is "racist", but I don't see how this could be proved if it is fairly enforced. I believe this was a part of Mayor Lou Barletta's campaign in Hazelton, PA.

The guestworker visas have been out of control for a while now. Don't miss this:
    http://www.businessweek.com/bwdaily/...e+with+readers

A report released Oct. 8 by the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) reveals that 13% of petitions filed for H-1B visas on behalf of employers are fraudulent. Another 7% contain some sort of technical violations.

I wonder how many of the new extensions granted to student H1-Bs given at universities are for foreign students with false credentials? How can the board of trustees of these colleges explain to taxpayers that American students will be kicked out of some university jobs to make way for foreign student labor and then moan that Americans are not wanting to get math and science career experience? It just blows your mind. And McCain wants to twitch and twitter his way into telling Americans we need more H1-Bs. McCain blew it when he appeared asleep at the wheel over the bank bailout and he is asleep at the wheel over anything else.

McCain is a one man wrecking crew.

Government Quietly Changes Rules on Foreign Tech Workers

    Posted by Ben Worthen

Tech companies have been lobbying the government to make it easier for them to hire foreign workers. They didn’t have much luck with Congress this year, but they just got a hand from the Department of Homeland Security.

On Friday, DHS issued a press release saying that businesses could now hire foreign students who attended American schools for 29 months without obtaining an H-1B visa, the visa usually needed for highly-skilled workers, such as computer programmers and supermodels. The new program only applies to tech workers, or more accurately tech students who get tech jobs. DHS says that only students who have received a degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics qualify, and that they must take a job directly related to their field of study. Previously tech companies could hire these workers for 12 months.

What’s striking about the new rule is how it came about. Instead of releasing a draft and soliciting comments from the public – the typical process for governmental rule changes – DHS cited a clause in the Administrative Procedures Act, which is reserved for emergencies, to make the rule effective immediately.

Businesses had to file H-1B visa applications last week and demand was expected to far outstrip supply. The 65,000 visas will be awarded through a lottery. Tech companies have lobbied Congress to raise the visa cap, arguing that there aren’t enough workers in the U.S. to fill tech jobs and that it’s in the country’s long-term interest to keep the most skilled foreigners here. Congress didn’t buy it (or more likely, worried that raising the cap would prove politically unpopular), [b]but DHS was convinced enough to argue that delaying its move long enough to get public opinion would “result in serious damage to important interests.â€
