Hispanic Students Yell ‘Run Joe Run!’ During White House Appearance

    by Charlie Spiering
    15 Oct 2015

A group of excited Hispanic students chanted “Run Joe Run!” after Vice President Joe Biden and President Obama concluded an event celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the White House initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanics.

Obama praised the activism of organizations like La Raza who helped increase the government attention to uneducated Hispanics in the country.

“That’s how we’ve always made this country great, not by building walls but by tearing down barriers to opportunity,” he said. “Not by trying to divide us but by trying to build community. Not by telling people to ‘Go back where they came from’ because this would be a really empty country if that’s where it ended.”

Obama was introduced by a child of an illegal immigrant, who thanked Obama for deferring deportation for DREAMers like herself.

He welcomed the audience which included the members of the Buena Vista Social Club, informing them that he bought their CD.

“For those of you who were too young to remember, it was this round thing … you had to slide in…” he joked.

Biden leaned into the microphone with a grin and added, “I remember records.”

As the pair left the podium, a group of students shouted, “Run Joe Run!” as they waded through the crowd.

“No selfies,” Obama told students as they clamored around him with their phones.

That's strange. He sure was against other foreign influence in our government as a Senator, and complained to the Foreign Agents Registration Unit!

WHAT?! A White House "initiative" celebrating Educational Excellent for Hispanics??!! What in the hell is that in our country that's supposed to be blind to race, religion and ethnic origin?

OH MY GOD!! LOOK AT THIS:

    http://sites.ed.gov/hispanic-initiative/

Today, on the culmination of the 2015 Hispanic Heritage Month, the President announced 150 Commitments to Action with a collective investment of over $335 million which will build on, and accelerate federal, state, and local investments in high-quality education, from cradle-to-career for the nation’s Latino community.
How is this even legal??!! This is special treatment, this is spending that deprives other students of non-Hispanic origin, of equal treatment under the law!!

AMERICANS! We have to stop this nonsense. This is illegal. And while we're at it, we need to stop all this Hispanic Heritage month. What a bunch of bunk. Why would there be an Hispanic Heritage month when we don't even have an American Heritage Month?! The whole concept of civil rights and equal rights is to dispense with race, ethnicity, language and religious identities as some type of road to special treatment, privileges, money or recognition.

What you do or achieve or are entitled to has to be based on criteria that is NOT BASED on race, religion, ethnicity or any other personal characteristic. It should only be based on whether you're a US citizen or otherwise legally entitled to be permanent residents of our nation and thus legally entitled to something.

So this started in 1990? Bush One?!! Oh make me puke. Our poor country is going to be starving and suffering for decades because of these STUPID EVIL BUSHES. Oh, and don't think for a second it would be any different with a RUBIO.

Oh please, America, put a stop to this and elect Trump. He'll stop this type of special treatment, money, rewards and recognitions crap in a heartbeat. It's WRONG to be funnelling scarce public resources into an educational program that only benefits a group of people who are not only for the most part Caucasians but that only distinguishes them because their ancestors spoke Spanish. To borrow a quote from Donald Trump "who in the hell cares?" Millions of Americans have ancestors who at one time spoke a different language. In schools today, I'm hearing there are over 60 and in some schools over 80 languages and dialects being spoken in our public school system. There aren't enough months in a year to recognize all of them.

$335 million??!! That is just unbelievable.
