The only way we could make this a useful statement of protest is if we wrote letters and dropped them off with the teller or in the banks's suggestion box saying why we are doing it and every one do it on the same day. My reason would be that I cannot in good conscience bank with an institution that supports LaRaza, an organization that has reared it's ugly head as a federally funded organization that is working to bring down the government of the United States.

jj Could I ask you to prepare that letter and post it HERE so that others can pick up on it and send it to their own bank? You are a good composer and some people don't feel they write as good a letter.

I have created this board, not to take people AWAY from Alipac discussions, but to have a place to ORGANIZE and PROMOTE our Boycott ideas. I link back to the boycott discussions here on Alipac at many points on the new forum. So its just a TOOL for us to use to organize and compile all our information in one spot.
Everyone is invited to participate. Please feel free to post your boycott information and ideas on the new forum.http://www.soldiersangels.com Adopt a Soldier

The local banks in this area open one year and are gobbled up by the big banks the next. I prefer local banks but I have been screwed over twice now that way. I still have funds in Bank Of America because I am not going to pay the gov't and the bank for the privilege of withdrawing my own money but I took out every penny I could get my hands on and put it in another bank the day I saw the banner saying "NOW IT'S EVEN EASIER TO SEND MONEY ACROSS THE BORDER" Now, that bank has been bought out.
What about state employees credit unions? I belong to the NCSECU but there isn't enough money in there to worry about.
In NC I have banked with First Citizens for about 33 years. I don't know who they support or don't support, though. All I know is that they are were a NC family owned bank when I started banking there in 1973.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

http://ojjpac.org has an illustration posted on "US BUNK", and a story promised. Steve, who posts here at Alipac, could probably give you specifics of US Bank's sins.
