I would say from my own perspective that what the Supreme Court ruled in 1982 should be challenged and overturned. The only people entitled to an American education are Americans and INVITED guests. You may rest assured that this fiasco WILL be overturned, as will the mis-interpretation of the 14th Amendment.

chicano, the illegal aliens have shown a great disrespect of our laws by coming here,laws mean nothing to them, yet you think we should be the ones respecting all the laws? The illegals only believe in the "laws" that benefit them right? I am telling you now, this is going to stop, you are allready seeing state by state enacting their own laws to deal with these illegals and it ain't going to stop. We are tired of illegals getting in our faces and demanding their rights of which they have none by the very fact of being here illegaly so get use to it "my friend"it might take a while, but our borders will be secure, and the entitlements of which illegals are so fond of at the cost of legal americans tax dollars are going to stop! Hide and watch my friend the free ride is coming to an end. I thank god for your people getting out in our streets protesting and waving the Mexican flag, because it really woke up the sleeping giant and you ain't seen nothing yet! I say to you, get your people out there protesting again, go on, some of our citizens missed the last one because somebody had to work and do the jobs you didn't do that day, go ahead, you are helping our cause when you do that.
