How "Gang of Eight" Amnesty Will Destroy America

How "Gang of Eight" Amnesty Will Destroy America

“It takes ten times as long to put yourself back together as it does to fall apart.” ― Suzanne Collins

It seems like every other day, our country faces a crisis. Every time I turn around, the Democrats and faux Republicans are trying to dismantle our country by pushing massive, needlessly complicated bills that would make the United States weaker. They push legislation that would increase healthcare costs, cause Americans to lose their jobs, and ultimately make us all more dependent on the federal government. The entire time Barack Obama has been in office, he has been systematically tearing our nation apart at the seams. Now, with the help of useful idiots, like Marco Rubio, and John McCain, the Democrats are checking yet another item off their wish list: amnesty.
The Gang of Eight immigration reform bill has been doomed from the start. With weak-willed Conservatives teaming up with conniving Democrats, there was never really a chance in the first place. The Republicans have once again been manipulated. However, what’s even worse than the manipulation is the bill itself.
It’s now coming out that the amnesty bill will essentially make hiring newly legalized aliens preferable to hiring legal citizens, and legal immigrants. A portion of the bill mentions that newly legalized aliens will not be eligible to receive Obamacare benefits. This piece of the legislation incentivizes employers to hire newly legalized aliens because they won’t have to pay penalties for Obamacare.
Remember the Liberal argument about illegal immigrants taking the jobs most Americans won’t do? Besides that argument being absolute hogwash, now, they won’t even be taking our unwanted jobs, but all of our jobs.
    According to Dr. Susan Berry:
If the immigration bill becomes law, many employers could receive incentives of hundreds of thousands of dollars to hire amnestied immigrants over American citizens. In addition, these newly legalized immigrants could work “full-time,” an advantage for companies and businesses as well, while employers could lay off or diminish to “part-time” status, American workers.”
You may believe I’m crazy, but I think that this has all been engineered. From the beginning of Obamacare to the soon to be legalization of 11 million illegal aliens, the Democrats are creating a culture; a society of need.
    1. Newly amnestied illegals will overwhelmingly vote Democrat, giving them a massive and almost unbeatable advantage in future Presidential elections.
    2. Incentivizing the hiring of amnestied illegals over other citizens will destroy the economic base; mainly the lower and middle class.
    3. This will result in millions of unemployed Americans, who will have no other option but to receive handouts from the federal government in order to stay afloat.
It’s a win-win situation for Democrats. They get all the new votes, as well as creating a society centered around the need of a large, overreaching, maternal federal government.
This will erode American confidence, and morale, and ultimately lead to the fall of the American empire. It’s happening in Europe, and Greece; and it will happen here. Democracy cannot last forever, and the Democrats are attempting to rush the process of destruction.
Once we have fallen apart, I cannot say how long it will take to put ourselves back together; if that is even a possibility. We need to fight this bill, tooth and nail; and never stop trying to repeal Obamacare. We need to elect real Conservatives who will aid us in this fight. And finally, we need to recall every faux Conservative in the Senate, from John McCain to Lidsey Graham. Their time as useful idiots needs to come to a close.

Senator Lee justifies his opposition to the Gang of 8 immigration bill because he has actually read the bill unlike many of its strongest advocates.

Republican Leadership As Corrupt As Obama

Our national pride has never been as low as it is today. All three branches of our federal government have been lost to self-interest. Our laws are ignored and new unconstitutional restrictions and mandates imposed. Americans are no longer free to worship, think critically, or petition their government for redress. Dissent carries devastating consequences. The constitution is no longer the law. It is just a piece of paper tourists gawk at in an expensive museum.
    Well not for me.

America does not need Immigration Reform. We need border security and a vote to repeal the 1965 Kennedy Immigration Reform Act. The very law that has caused over 40 years of illegal immigration, American wage deterioration, the explosion of healthcare and education costs, the massive expansion of entitlements, the infiltration of our government by generations of poorly assimilated Americas , the militarization of our law enforcement agencies, the emasculation of our judiciary and soon the total corruption of our electoral processes.
After several immigration reforms, America foolishly accepted NAFTA, and they still came.
Republican Senators McCain, Flake, Graham, and Rubio lied to the America and the people of Arizona, South Carolina and Florida during the 2012 election. If not for the protections by the 17th Amendment to the US Constitution, these bagmen they would be re-called by their respective state legislatures and reminded of the will of their constituency. They were reminded that America does not support Amnesty and open borders. These politicians are no better than Obama, Reid, Pelosi, and Schumer. They have been bought and paid for and care little for their oaths of office. The time has come to make them care about their oaths or remove them from office.
For decades, Americans have stood by and supported the disintegration of our country by its wealthy enemies and the advocates of global industry. We have watched political party loyalists—either side—scramble to catch a crumb falling of the table from time to time, but never in our nation’s history has financial bribery of our elected representatives and the willing and criminal disregard for our founding principles and national laws been so prevalent in our governing process.
The 2012 election cycle, the most expensive in US history saw $ 6.3 billion spent on candidate advocacy and advertising. The average cost to purchase a US Senate seat was $10.2 million dollars and a seat in the lower house cost an average of $1.5 million. Senate Democrats prevailing in their election bids averaged expenditures of $11.9 million with Republican winners needing $7.1 million. First time wannabe public servants seeking to challenge an incumbent had to spend $2.4 million to get a ticket to the US House political ball. On average incumbents, raised $3.1 million to defend their powerful backsides and most of them, Democrat and Republican, prevailed.
This is the system that Americans’ have allowed to take over our Republic. A system that produces David Axelrods and Karl Roves. The men in the business of buying and selling votes who care nothing about the law and wave the banner of freedom and liberty only to draw the gullible to contribute and vote for their guy. Other than loose interpretations of the book they worship, there is not much of a difference between their guys.
Knowledgeable Americans do not trust their food, water, medicines or clergy anymore.

Urge your Senators to vote NO on ending debate on S 744 Amnesty bill
The Senate has scheduled a critical vote to end debate on the immigration bill for tomorrow, Wednesday. If that motion passes, a final vote on the S 744 amnesty bill is likely this week.

The Senate passed the Corker-Hoeven amendment, an effort to gain support for the immigration amnesty bill, by a vote of 67-27. While passage of S 744 by the Senate appears inevitable, it is still extremely important that your Senators hear your outrage at this sellout of the American people.

    • First, it helps build support for our efforts to stop an amnesty bill from passing in the House.
    • Second, if an immigration bill passes the House, today’s opposition to the Senate bill will help to prevent amnesty being included in any final bill that emerges from the Conference Committee.

Please act today and ask your Senators to vote against both the motion to end debate and the final passage S 744. Please click here to send a new letter to your Senators in opposition to this amnesty bill.

Thank you for contacting your Senators.

Sessions Issues Statement On Tonight’s Procedural Vote To Advance 1,200-Page Substitute Immigration Bill

“The sponsors of the Corker-Hoeven substitute fell short of the votes they expected tonight to advance what they had erroneously billed to other Senators as a strong border security amendment. Failure to capture the votes they anticipated for this motion demonstrates the building unease this 1,200-page legislative monstrosity has created…

This bill guarantees three things: instantaneous amnesty, permanent lawlessness, and a massive expansion in legal immigration that will reduce wages for working Americans.”

WASHINGTON—U.S. Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), a senior member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, issued the following statement after tonight’s vote:

“The sponsors of the Corker-Hoeven substitute fell short of the votes they expected tonight to advance what they had erroneously billed to other Senators as a strong border security amendment. Failure to capture the votes they anticipated for this motion demonstrates the building unease this 1,200-page legislative monstrosity has created. I expect that unease will increase as Senators learn more about what’s really inside this proposal.

The Gang of Eight and their allies revealed their true tactics tonight. They shut down debate and blocked amendments to a 1,200-page immigration bill that no one has read. It was anything but the open and fair process that they had promised.

What we know for absolute certain is that this bill guarantees three things: instantaneous amnesty, permanent lawlessness, and a massive expansion in legal immigration that will reduce wages for working Americans. This legislation is a crushing blow to the working people of this country, a surrender to illegality, and a capitulation to special interests over the interests of the citizens we pledged to represent.”

BACKGROUND ON CORKER-HOEVEN SUBSTITUTE AMNESTY-FIRST IMMIGRATION BILL:
    · Immediate amnesty before enforcement

    · Guts legal requirement for biometric exit-entry system

    · Millions of green cards (permanent residency) before enforcement—debunking another false claim from sponsors

    · No border surge. Agents aren’t required until 2021. It will never happen

    · No fence requirement. DHS retains discretion in the bill that preempts the call for a fence in ten years. Litigation also provides an escape hatch to never build the fence. The fence won’t happen

    · Legalization for gang members and convicted criminals

    · Amnesty for future visa overstays (in other words, a prospective amnesty for future illegal immigrants)

    · Guaranteed welfare access for illegal immigrants

    · Undermines interior enforcement, prompting ICE officers to warn: “There is no doubt that, if passed, public safety will be endangered and massive amounts of future illegal immigration—especially visa overstays—is ensured.”

    · Expands non-merit chain migration—less than 10 percent of future flow is merit-based

    · Doubles the number of guest workers and triples the number of immigrants granted lawful permanent residency—reducing wages for U.S. workers and driving up unemployment

    No Background Checks on Illegals

    Posted on June 26, 2013

This is a pretty sick twist. Let’s just invite the terrorists in.
    Check it out:

The Obama administration’s requirement for background checks on illegal aliens being helped under the Deferred Action Childhood Arrivals program – which grants a two-year deferment from deportation – has been dropped.
Documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request reveal that the Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services abandoned the requirement for background checks late last year to keep up with the flood of amnesty applications sparked by the Obama’s plan.
The documents revealed that USCIS adopted costly “lean and lite” procedures in favor of the more time-consuming required background checks.
Judicial Watch initiated a FOIA action in October 2012 after receiving a tip from a whistle-blower at a federal law enforcement agency.

The Fix is In on the Amnesty Bill

    Posted on June 26, 2013

We’ll see what happening in the house. That might be our only chance.
    Check it out:

It looks like the fix is in on the immigration bill. You know that amendment we were talking about, the Hoeven-Corker, that amendment, I’ve heard two things, a hundred pages or a thousand pages. But anyway, the whole bill is over a thousand pages now. I think the Hoeven-Corker amendment basically replaced the bill, and all you really have to know about immigration or anything else coming out of Washington these days, you know, we think that there are rules.
originalWe think there’s a Constitution. We think there are procedures. But all that goes out the window if Washington wants something. Nothing to do with what voters want. Nothing to do with constituencies or any of that. It’s what Washington wants. Washington wants this. The ruling class, doesn’t matter what party, Washington wants this so-called immigration reform and they’re not gonna stop until they get it and the heck with what constituencies want or what the Constitution says or any of that. There’s some really irritating revelations that have been discovered in this amendment.

5 Senators Who Support Immigration Bill Don't Know Answer to Key Question About It

5:31 PM, Jun 25,2013 • By JOHN MCCORMACK
Obamacare poses a tricky problem for supporters of the Senate's comprehensive immigration reform bill. It would be too politically toxic to give illegal immigrants amnesty and taxpayer subsidies under Obamacare, so the Senate bill prohibits "registered provisional immigrants" (individuals who are now residing illegally in the United States granted legal status under the bill) from receiving Obamacare subsidies. But in so doing the Senate's immigration bill would create a big financial incentive for some employers to hire non-citizens granted legal status over American citizens.

As the Washington Examiner's Philip Klein recently reported: "Under Obamacare, businesses with over 50 workers that employ American citizens without offering them qualifying health insurance could be subject to fines of up to $3,000 per worker. But because newly legalized immigrants wouldn’t be eligible for subsidies on the Obamacare exchanges until after they become citizens – at least 13 years under the Senate bill – businesses could avoid such fines by hiring the new immigrants instead."
On Tuesday afternoon, THE WEEKLY STANDARD asked five different U.S. Senators about this problem. These five senators, all Democrats, voted to cut off debate Monday night on the revised immigration bill, but none of them knew if the bill would create a financial incentive for some employers to hire amnestied immigrants instead of American citizens.
"We're trying to solve that right now. I don't know if that's been solved," Senator Max Baucus of Montana (chief author of Obamacare) told THE WEEKLY STANDARD.

    More by John McCormack
"I don't know. I'd have to look at it closely," said Senator Bob Casey of Pennsylvania. "I just haven't read it that closely to know."
Senator Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut said he thought the Affordable Care Act's fines would apply no matter what. "I'd have to look at the ACA, but I don't think it distinguishes" between citizens and those on a path to citizenship, Blumenthal said. But then he said he wasn't quite sure. "I mean I'd have to look. You're asking a legal question. It's not an opinion question," Blumenthal added. "I don't recall any distinction in the law. But that's a good question. I'd have to check."
Senator Tom Carper of Delaware said he was too busy to answer the question. "I don't have the time to drill down on it right now," he told me. And Senator Barbara Boxer of California replied with something of a non sequitur before the Senators-only elevator doors closed in my face. "I think if you work for an employer who offers health care, you will get the health care you want," Boxer said. Spokesmen for Senators McCain and Rubio did not reply to a request for comment.
It's possible that last minute changes could still fix this problem in the bill, but it should be remarkable that so many senators voted to cut off debate on the bill Monday night without knowing whether the problem even exists.
And, to clear up any uncertainty, The New Republic, Investors' Business Daily, and the Washington Examiner have all reported that the bill certainly does create an incentive for some employers to hire "registered provisional immigrants" instead of U.S. citizens. The Washington Post's Glenn Kessler wrote that the claim is false, but then he updated his article to admit he was wrong.
