Thread: Republican Youth

My 17 year old daughter attended Colorado Girls State this summer and came home fired up and Proud to be a American Citizen. We need to demand that the G.O.P. start Repbulican Youth groups in each and every high school in this country. We are losing our youth to the other side and none of us are getting any younger. We have another election coming up in 2 years and after the Senate and Congress screws this next session up we will see our youth demand CHANGE.

That is a very valid point that we all need to help make happen!!

I'm only in my 20's and I educate young and old friends to help them see the benefits of conservative thought, asking most people general questions like,Do you feel that if you fail at something is it your fault or do you feel that someone else needs to be blamed for your failures? And surprisingly most people feel that you need to be responsible for your choices! And even more are surprised to realize that they may not be a democrat but more moderate! Our approach to the way our ideas are perceived make the difference between people accepting or rejecting those values.

You are so right jjsokay. Why do have so many Americans apologizing to the world for being Americans? Everyone wants to come here and yet when many come they criticize and we just go along with them. We must restore and instill respect,pride, and gratitude within our youth for being a citizen of the United States. We must instruct them and more closely check and monitor their textbooks. Liberals and foreign governments are changing some of the books that our school children are using. Get involved and have a say in how our kids are learning and what they are learning.

We see the children of illegal aliens in our streets demonstrating and demanding rights. We see them involved and going to Washington and being interviewed for the Dream Act and pathways to citizenship. Where are our young people and their voices defending the Constitution and the laws of the United States? We must do a better job.

Absolutely...This is at the core of the consevative dilemna.Our public schools & universities are tools of propaganda.We need to support CONSERVATIVE INSTITUTIONS of learning only! they opened a constitutional college in VA. recently I think.I sent my daughter to the John Birch camps for kids 12-18 called FREEDOM GENERATION. They teach the kids about American founders,totalitarianism,global hoaxing,and the thinking behind the Constitution.I hope a collapsing economy sends out droves of Marxist ,diversicrat profs waiting tables. I will never support these traitors EVER!!!

Today, my flag hangs upside down as a distress call.It will remain in this position until Obama proves through the maze of sealed docs that he is NOT an enemy of the state.

I just called Senator Doug Lamborns office and tod him to beacome a " COMMUNITY ORGANIZER" and reach out to the next genaration of young voters, His aide has set up a meeting for next week with my daughter. Call your local senator or congressman and demand the same we can all work together to turn this country around.

We already have "Young Republican Clubs" on college campuses across the country. Unfortunately, they are in the news periodically primarily for staging an "awareness raising" event called "Catch an Illegal Alien", for which they sell tickets. Such as event was held on the campus of a small public university nearby two years ago, and I was stunned that anyone would do something so offensive and tasteless. With the defeat of the Republicans, this should be a good time to contact the RNC and tell them you hope they now will require that the tone taken by "Young Republican Clubs" be more "within social bounds" and positive. Tell them we "want Change", too!
