I was wondering something. This may be a stupid question, but are these numbers to report illegals as individuals if you know their address, or can you use these numbers to report a business that's employing illegals?

I was also wondering if anyone here has had any success with these numbers.

FedUp....you can report both to the ICE number and then call DRO and find out when they are coming to remove them. Give them a call and see what happens. Just remember....they work for YOU!! I would have as much informaton and detail as possible. That's help them to respond quickly and take an interest. If you have an employer, they are particularly interested in that because it allows a prosecution that creates a fine and money for the US Justice Department. They collected I believe it was $11,000,000 on the Wal-Mart deal. Government loves something that will generate revenue.

Yes, this is why McCain Kennedy want an amnesty so each illegal can pay a $2,000 fine to the government plus $$$$$$$$$to immigration lawyers.
Why is it that nobody ever takes on the ABA in all of this? No immigration means NO immigration lawyers!

I called "enforcement " about the 11 cars that I posted. The city of Aurora, CO. called me as did the Aurora police. Very good of them! I called ICE and left my full name and number. Did they call me? No!
Called my Congressman and talked to his immigrant rep. He agreed with me and admitted the INS is a joke when it comes to enforcement.

Shouild I call ICE again?????????

Let me see $2,000 x 20 million illegals = how much? No vote for McCain here...if he wants to be a DEMOCRAT I wil vote for one.

Jack Smith--call ICE again. Call them every hour until someone calls you back or you reach an officer. Also try calling DRO--for removal...that what's you want is for them and the 11 cars to be removed. Make sure they know at ICE that you know they work for YOU!! Be Stern and Persistent. Do you suspect any criminal activity like drugs or something else..if its Drugs, you can call DEA...Drug Enforcement Agency. Look their number up on the website or call your local police that you spoke with and ask them for the local DEA officer...only if you have reason to suspect drugs.

Been there. When clicking on "report illegals" on the left hand side, they only give you a link to reportillegals.com which you have to pay for filling out a form, and they say that they still can't guarantee anything. I'm looking for a sure thing, something that I know will work when I'm reporting an illegal or the company that employs them.

I'm also wondering why INS won't doing anything. It's there job and it pisses my off that we are paying them for not doing their job. What good are they? And what's the purpose of having the INS if they refuse to get up off their asses and do their damn job?

If you are looking for a "sure" thing, then you might look into taking matters in your own hands. publicly video taping (make DAMN sure everying is done legally!!!) of the illegals coming and going, at home but better yet, AT WORK. If you know of businesses which hire HUGE numbers of illegals, a group of 6 to 8 can pretty much shut the business down, but setting up on the entrance road (public access roads ONLY), and overtly video taping, ALL vehicles, the occupants, the license plates, EVERYTHING you can. By the second day, surprisingly , no one (or very few) are coming to work.

However, be DAMN ready to have confrontations, from the business, probably from the law, and probably from some of the illegals. As a backup, it is always GOOD to have a camera at a distance, with a decent telephoto, so when / if things do break out, you can wave at the other camera, and politely tell everyone there causing the hissy fit, that they are STILL being taped, from afar.

Before doing this, be sure to check out local ordanances about being on access right of way on public roads (i.e. the shoulder/ditch). Also, check to see if there are any "permits" needed. If there are then GET one (usually cheap, 2 to 8 bucks a day). This "might" fall under a solicitation permit needed, but you have to check and make sure. If you check, make SURE you get city council / mayor's signature on the "official" Okie-dokie letter. You will need to show this type of item to any law enforcement. If a plant mngr or plant rent-a-cop aproach, simply call the "real" cops, since you SHOULD have official permission to be there. The rent-a-cops have NO power (they think they do, but they do not), so do NOT let them intimidate you. Remember, keep the cameras rolling at ALL times, as you need FULL proof of anything going down.

Everyone--use the ICE and DRO numbers above. You should not have to pay a fee to report aliens, not with ICE. Call the number and keep calling until you get satisfaction. It's an 866 number which is a toll-free call. Bug the heck out of them.
