That is not his Agenda, that is a leftover from the Obama Agenda. The Texas lawsuit has been extended until September 5, 2017. If you would ever take the time to read that ruling you will see that during the course of that lawsuit, DACA 2012 is to continue.

Nope, when Trump took it over and decided to continue the program, it became part of his agenda. Furthermore, it's a well documented fact that Trump or his Secretary of DHS could have ended the program anytime they wanted and there never was or is a court order in effect that could have stopped it. You're the only person I've ever heard even mention such a thing (that Trump couldn't end DACA). If he couldn't have ended it, his administration wouldn't have been shouting that information from the rooftops in order to provide cover. They never mentioned it because it isn't true.

Trump isn't ending DACA your way, he's ending it his way.

Trump isn't ending it because he wants too. I think his actions and words have made it very clear that he wants to continue the program until the U.S. Congress acts to pass a bill to protect those enrolled in and eligible for DACA. I don't think anyone, but maybe you, doubts that to be true.
In my view Trump is between a rock and a hard place because even though he wants to continue the program, he knows he'll play hell attempting to get AG Sessions to defend it in court.
Whatever happens, it won't be Trump ending the program "his way" because that opportunity has already came and gone. He had his chance to do it the way he promised he would seven months ago.
If the program ends on Sept. 5th it won't be because Trump wants it to end. It'll end because he has no viable alternatives."The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" ** Edmund Burke**

Why would Trump want to continue DACA? Trump wants to end illegal immigration once and for all, he wants to deport all illegal aliens and build a wall to keep them out. It's laughable to think Trump wants to keep DACA. They are a drain on our economy and welfare programs, they are competitors to US citizens for jobs and seats in college, they are deportable and he's going to deport them all whether they have DACA status or not. DACA doesn't give them legal status, they are still deportable illegal aliens every minute of every day they are in the United States.
But, if you've got some twisted fantasy that Trump secretly wants to keep a bunch of illegal aliens in the country, as misguided and inexplicable as that is, it's your mind and how it works, so have it. Reality will hit you in the face soon enough.A Nation Without Borders Is Not A Nation - Ronald Reagan

He's already ended Expanded DACA and DAPA. He's already said he's letting DACA 2012 expire in June. He's already said that this program is still under "review" and decisions will be announced as soon as they get through some "legalities". You really ought to watch the White House Press Conferences.

No, he never said he would let DACA expire in June ..... his "big heart" wouldn't allow it. The proof is in the pudding. The program didn't expire, did it? Of course it didn't. Trump never had any intention of allowing it to expire. His plan has been to drag it out as long as possible in the hope that the U.S. Congress would come to the rescue with a bill to protect DACA members and future enrollees.
Perhaps when you watch those White House Press Conferences, you should do as I do and do so with less naivety. Furthermore, it would also probably better if you heard what was actually being said other than what you want to hear. Just saying .....
IMO, you need to quit being an apologist for Trump on DACA. He blew it on DACA big time by failing to keep his campaign promise to end the program immediately once elected. To throw fuel on the fire, he not only didn't keep his promise, he is still handing out new amnesties to new DACA applicants as we speak."The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" ** Edmund Burke**
