I have watched and listened to this ICE agent and Kris Kobach, the attorney representing agents who are suing, speak about the confusion and the inability for the ICE agents to perform their immigration duties. They are thwarted by those in authority who do not want immigration laws enforced. ICE agents have been reprimanded when they attempt to do what they are trained to do in their jobs.
