There have been calls for the ousting of Eric Holder, activist attorney general who operates more like Obama’s personal lawyer, from office for quite some time. His tenure has been plagued with scandal after scandal and Holder’s defiant attitude is not what one would expect from the man who is supposed to represent America and the constitutional best interests of American citizens. As the first sitting Attorney General to be held in contempt of Congress, Holder has obstructed justice and, when he sought to get justice, it was selectively applied depending upon ethnicity.

By his own admission, he is an activist, even while occupying the position that leads the Department of Justice.

The announcement of his resignation, which will officially take place as soon as his successor is found, came as a surprise to many. While some rejoiced, others speculated reasons for the decision to resign. Conservative talk radio icon
Rush Limbaugh posed a possibility that should send chills down the spine of every single patriot loving America, especially those who may have been victims of the Obama regime’s targeting of private citizens using the IRS for simply having a different point of view politically, one grounded where theirs should be, in the Constitution.

The Daily Caller’s Matt Lewis tweeted about Rush’s speculation as to why Holder would resign.

We already know what Holder thinks of the Constitution. He has no respect for it as is evidenced by his words and actions. After all, he is an attorney general who as a college student participated in the armed takeover of an ROTC office with the demand that the name of the office be changed to black activist and Civil Rights leader Malcolm X.

The possibility of Holder being nominated is scary enough. But, would there even be a chance that he would get confirmed, especially if Republicans took control of the Senate? Let’s put it this way. unprincipled Republicans stood with Democrats in confirming a radical Marxist and self-admitted activist as Attorney General. If he ever obtained a seat on the Supreme Court, America as we know it, or shall I saw as we remember it before Barack Obama’s destruction, will be in even more dire straits.

Please share on Facebook and Twitter if you believe the thought of Eric Holder as a Supreme Court justice is frightening.

Rush Limbaugh: Holder May Be Resigning So Obama Can Nominate Him For Supreme Court

Rush Limbaugh apparently thinks Eric Holder may be stepping down to make it easier for President Barack Obama to nominate him to the Supreme Court, should a vacancy arise.
“There may be a Supreme Court vacancy — and I can see Barack Obama nominating Eric Holder to fill it,” Limbaugh said on his radio show Thursday, according to my colleague Matt Lewis’ transcription on Twitter.

Currently there are no vacancies on the High Court, but four of the nine justices are over 70. While it is hard to imagine one of the conservative justices resigning while Obama is president, it isn’t impossible in theory to imagine liberal justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, 81, resigning her seat so a liberal president could nominate her replacement. But Ginsberg just rejected the possibility in an interview with Elle Magazine.
“Who do you think President Obama could appoint at this very day, given the boundaries that we have?” she said. “If I resign any time this year, he could not successfully appoint anyone I would like to see in the court.”
“[The Senate Republicans] took off the filibuster for lower federal court appointments, but it remains for this court,” she added. “So anybody who thinks that if I step down, Obama could appoint someone like me, they’re misguided.”
The only other liberal justice who is up there in age is Stephen Breyer at 76 and there have been no reports he is considering stepping down — at least none I’ve seen. Anthony Kennedy, who is considered a swing vote these days even though he was appointed by Ronald Reagan, is 78, but there has also been no suggestion he is considering leaving the bench anytime soon.
But even if a vacancy opened up, one would imagine a figure as controversial with Republicans at Eric Holder would have trouble getting confirmed, especially if Republicans win the Senate in November. Though, as they say, stranger things have happened.

BOMBSHELL: The Real Reason Behind Attorney General Eric Holder’s Resignation

In News, Politics / by Prissy Holly / on September 25, 2014 at 4:17 pm /

We all knew there had to be a pretty shady reason behind the sudden announcement of Attorney General Eric Holder’s resignation, and it didn’t take long for the connection to be made about what that could be.

On Thursday, U.S. District Court Judge John D. Bates ruled against the request that came from Holder’s Department of Justice office, where they requested more time to release a list of Fast and Furious documents known as a “Vaughn index.”
    More from Judicial Watch:
On July 18, [U.S. District Court Judge John D. Bates] ordered the Department of Justice to produce the documents list by October 1. The ruling by U.S. District Court Judge John D. Bates denied a motion by the Obama DOJ that it be given until over an extra month, until November 3, to produce the Vaughn index. Judge Bates noted that the Justice Department’s request showed the Justice Department was, “at best, it means the Department has been slow to react to this Court’s previous [July 18, 2014] Order. At worst, it means the Department has ignored that Order until now.”
In its FOIA lawsuit, Judicial Watch sought all of the documents the Obama White House was withholding from the House of Representatives under its June 20, 2012, executive privilege claims. The House had been separately litigating to obtain the documents but had gotten nowhere until after Judge Bates ruled that the DOJ finally had to disclose the document information to Judicial Watch. On September 9, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson, citing Judicial Watch’s success, ordered the DOJ to begin producing information to Congress by November 3.
In denying the DOJ’s motion for an extension until the day before the November elections, Bates ruled, “The government’s argument for even more time is unconvincing,” and granted the government just 21 additional days to produce the Vaughn index to Judicial Watch.
Coincidence? I think not. You can bet the department which was at the center of the massive cover-up involving the Fast and Furious scandal would delay any information that would put them in a bad light before the mid-term elections. Straight out of their playbook, don’t you think?
Someone should back up all of Holder’s computer data and emails before they “disappear” or there is a “crash.”

Rush Limbaugh’s Theory For Why Eric Holder is Resigning is the Stuff of Nightmares

Lets hope Rush Limbaugh is wrong on this one!

    Via the Daily Caller:
Rush Limbaugh apparently thinks Eric Holder may be stepping down to make it easier for President Barack Obama to nominate him to the Supreme Court, should a vacancy arise.

“There may be a Supreme Court vacancy — and I can see Barack Obama nominating Eric Holder to fill it,” Limbaugh said on his radio show Thursday, according to my colleague Matt Lewis’ transcription on Twitter.

If Limbaugh is right let’s hope the Republicans take the Senate before any Supreme Court justices resign!

    The Crimes of Eric Holder

Holder resigns after years of lawlessness

The announcement of U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder’s resignation today has fueled speculation as to why the controversial figure has chosen to step down.

Holder, who was recently found to be the least popular politician in the United States according to a Hart Research poll, is arguably the most criminal government official within the Obama Administration. Among his many crimes, a select few have remained at center stage.

    Fast and Furious
Between 2006 and 2011, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), under the direct command of the Justice Department, secretly pushed southern gun dealers to sell weapons to suspected drug cartel traffickers in order to allegedly track the weapons into Mexico.
Despite the administration’s attempt to paint the countless deaths associated as unintended consequences after the program went public, documents obtained by CBS News revealed that the ATF had planned to use the deaths to push a gun control agenda.
Eric Holder, who has publicly stated his desire to “brainwash” children to think negatively about gun ownership, has actively worked to keep Fast and Furious documents from becoming public. Unfortunately for Holder, a judge has denied his request to delay the release of a list of Operation Fast and Furious documents currently being protected under the President’s assertion of executive privilege.

    Too Big to Jail Banks
After British-based bank HSBC was found to be laundering hundreds of millions of dollars for Mexico’s Sinaloa drug cartel and groups linked to Al Qaeda, Eric Holder refused to prosecute the bank’s executives.
“They violated every g*ddamn law in the book,” said attorney and former Senate investigator Jack Blum at the time. “They took every imaginable form of illegal and illicit business.”
Despite the bank’s involvement in the largest terrorism and drug money laundering case in US history, Holder refused to prosecute any HSBC Executive. According to Holder, the economy would have suffered if any of the bank’s leaders faced punishment. Similarly, Holder outright refused to prosecute any Wall Street CEOs for their role in the country’s financial crisis.
Financial whistleblower Everett Stern spoke with Infowars reporter David Knight last year to discuss how the bank has continued to launder money for nefarious organizations due to Holder’s refusal.

Attack on Whistleblowers & the Press
The Obama administration has charged more journalists and legitimate government whistleblowers with espionage than all other presidents combined since the passage of the 1917 Espionage Act.
Whether it be targeting CIA whistleblower John Kiriakou for exposing the agency’s torture program, seizing Associated Press phone records, prosecuting Chelsea Manning or going after journalists James Risen and James Rosen, Holder has undoubtedly overseen the largest attack on the First Amendment in modern history.
“The Obama administration has moved beyond protecting government secrets to threatening fundamental freedoms of the press to gather news,” the New York Times noted.

Amazingly, Holder has attempted to deflect criticism by claiming that he has been the victim of “unprecedented, unwarranted, ugly and divisive adversity,” due to his skin color and not his outrageously illegal tenure.
“Forget about me [specifically]. Look at the way the attorney general of the United States was treated yesterday by a House committee,” Holder said during a recent speech to the National Action Network. “What attorney general has ever had to deal with that kind of treatment? What president has ever had to deal with that kind of treatment?” Ironically, Holder’s career will undoubtedly be remembered for being the most unprecedented, unwarranted, ugly and divisive.
