    American Grown Vegetables

Do you think there is a market for fruits and vegetables farmed without any illegal aliens? Farmed by Americans and legal immigrants.
I would gladly pay more just as folks who buy organic vegetables do.

I would too . It would be nice to see a seal on all bags with fruits and vegtables stating: Planted and harvested with pride from Americans

I'm sure the globalists would have a problem with that, especially since they want to destroy anything invoking American pride!

Yeah I think so. I think the best way to market it though would be through the whole foods movement. Locally grown, by your neighbors.
People who shop at Whole Foods and stores like them are more concerned about how their purchases affect the world around them.

Plus there's the we don't pee on the spinach so you won't get hepatitus thing.

If I'm not mistaken, there is a provision in NAFTA that has not yet been enforced that prohibits selling produce based on where it is grown. I recall this being an issue prior to passage of NAFTA, but I note that my grocery store (Central Market) still identifies the origin of all its produce. I guess I should try to research the subject when I get a free moment.

I would love to see American made on everything again! Higher tariffs for imports, as it used to be before big business got the tariffs reduced so that our homebased industries could be outsourced.

I've completely stopped eating letuce and spinach. NO WAY! I don't trust the illegals who are picking this stuff. Yuck.
Calderon was absolutely right when he said...."Where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico".

I would buy something that had a sticker with "Mechanically Grown & harvested" on it.
Cheap labor is keeping us from progressing.

When I see something from Mexico, I pass.

    CG,

I love Central Market. It's out of the way for me but I make special trips for things that I can't find at the local grocery store.
