Very little money made by illegal aliens makes it out of here most goes to the same places we spend it rent and food. The average income per centage sent to Mexico is 15%. The bigger problem I feel is instead the misuse of the remittance funds their beneficiries receive. That goes mostly to store bought city manufactured food and clothes which are often imported from China. There should be more victory gardens and home preservation of food. Food bought from outside should come from places closer than Mexico City, Guadlajara and Monterrey. That would create jobs closer to home.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Most of their income goes to the same places our own poor spend their money often driving up prices due to their competition.

Wasn't it just before our economic mess, this country and other countries where Mexicans were, provided the second largest component of Mexico's gross national income?
And one must consider the circumstances in which illegals live: are they here with family renting an apartment, or are they here with family in the old country and living in a heap with other illegals? The family will undoubtedly spend more money here (including the goodies like food stamps), but the single illegal will be sending huge remittances home.
Either way, serious damage is being done here with not only our foreign aid generosity, but the remittances to foreign countries. Rather than stop that exit of our money, we just borrow more from the rest of the world willy-nilly.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

I don't know where you learned economics or business, but competition lowers prices. Flood the market and prices come way down.
They spend as little as they can and steal the rest, to survive here. That is why you see 25 illegals all living in one apartment or duplex, with 10 ratty cars and trucks parked in the grass in the yard, and toys and junk scattered everywhere.Travis and Crockett, are flopping in their graves
