I think it would have been more productive to not have reported it as spam or whatever and simply forwarded the link to ICE?

How dangerous can CASA get? Who is going to pay to when one of these illegals robs, rapes, or murders because of their ad on Craig's list?

Thanks for your comments and help
Wow, that was some pretty quick thinking.
But, I suspect Casa will protest and ask that the ad be reinstated. We will wait and see.

Craig's List will probably pull that posting/ad (IMHO).
As law enforcement depts. throughout the country have noticed, Craig's List is being used by greater numbers of criminals in a variety of ways: the 'obvious' stuff - selling of stolen goods, etc. and there was even a case here in my area where the local PDs set up a sting operation to catch people prostituting themselves. I'm sure there are lots of other examples...
Aiding in any activity that breaks the law puts the business at risk, and would be hard to defend legally - assuming, of course, the folks running CL were made fully aware of the nature of the posting(s).Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

I put an ad on Craig's list and it got pulled in two hours. The heading was:
"Did an UNDOCUMENTED worker steal your job"?
Of course, it wasn't an advertisement for a job, it was an advertisement for my legal services to enforce ones rights as a documented worker. I placed the ad in the job classifieds...because that's where the jobless...look for jobs.
I tried to place the ad again a few days later, and as soon as I put my credit card number it, it rejected my ad.

Putting immigration law aside I would like to know if Casa of Maryland is now acting as an employer and what taxes/benefits/etc. they should be paying as an employer that they aren't? That may be an easier way to shut them down.
