Bridge inspectors stopped a convicted child molester trying to come back into the United States at the Bridge of the Americas on Monday night, Customs and Border Protection officials said.

Jose Enrique Martinez, 47, of Juárez, claimed to be a U.S. citizen and was arrested for making a false claim to U.S. citizenship and re-entry after deportation.

Martinez had previously been convicted of indecency with a child, attempted sexual assault, burglary and assault on a public servant. The same day, bridge inspectors in El Paso identified three fugitives, officials said.

It is really very simple. HALT WHO GOES THERE!!! Wrong answer...then kerchhwwww...thud...why the "%^&$" "heck", yeah that is the word I was searching for "heck", are we coddling an illegal alien. They are crossing the border of a sovereign nation for gosh sake. You do not have to justify anything. They are invaders. Just pull the bloody trigger. It is clear cut. Here is the border. Cross it you die - DUH!!!!

Why do you think these people keep coming? Because the cost is so low. I saw a study somewhere that indicated the odds on an illegal alien dying crossing into this country is no higher than anyone faces driving. That is not exactly a disincentive.

Think of it this way, your average Mexcian has to fear less invading a country than they do living in some of our cities that they infest!!!
