there is this carpet store in my town caled the carpet warehouse, and their installers are illegal aliens,i know cuz they just put carpet in my house

Ice - how do you know they were illegal?

Just observing someone speaking a foreign language while in the exercise of a job is not enough. You need to have solid and specific knowledge (not just a 'hunch') that someone is illegal. ICE will ask you this very same question BTW too.

they were here all day only 1 spoke english, they had a daughter i saw her in the car shes like 4 ok, i said why is she in the car? they said they couldnt find a sitter, i told him she can lay in the house its ok

Number for ICE - however, there may be a local office for you to contact. Call your Senator or Representative and ask them for their contact office. If they do not have it handy they can get the number.

You may also call the IRS fraud dept. and give information in regards to anyone suspected of employing illegal aliens and not paying or reporting taxes.

While the inability to speak English is a strong indicator of being an illegal alien since LEGAL immigrants are required to know some English, it is not enough for ICE to file a report.

You need more direct evidence such as an employee of the company or someone that knows and employee of the company to tell you they are illegals.

We also must advise everyone that even if you have solid evidence this company is hiring illegal aliens and you provide it to ICE the chances are higher than 99% that ICE will not respond or take action.

The existing immigration laws of the United States are not being enforced and we only have minimal enforcement at this time.
