Illegal Alien Drug Dealer Who Broke Toddler's Arms and Legs Freed

"Undocumented immigrant undocumented pharmacist set free in measure to protect civil rights."

    August 14, 2015
    Daniel Greenfield

Wait. Let's politically correctize that. "Undocumented immigrant undocumented pharmacist set free in measure to protect civil rights." This is life under the sanctuary state in a sanctuary nation.

A California toddler fighting for her life Thursday after a brutal beating at the hands of an illegal immigrant with a long criminal record is the latest case to rile California sheriffs and police against a U.S. immigration policy they say is forcing them to release dangerous criminals out on the street.

Francisco Javier Chavez, the live-in boyfriend of the unidentified two-year-old's mother, is out on bail after being charged in the late July attack, which left the San Luis Obispo County girl with two broken arms, a broken femur, a compressed spine, a urinary tract infection and a fever of 107 degrees. Chavez's criminal record includes assault and drug convictions and arrests for violent acts including kidnapping, car jacking and cruelty to a child.

A disgusted San Luis Obispo Sheriff Ian Parkinson told FoxNews.com Chavez should have been locked away or deported long before he had the chance to inflict "horrific injuries" on the little girl, but said conflicting federal policies leave his department handcuffed. Instead, Chavez is now free, awaiting a court date for which he may not even show up.

Maybe Macy's can give him a job. Chavez should have been deported long ago. But Obama lies when he claims that his illegal alien amnesty keeps families together while deporting criminals.

This is how Obama keeps families together.

A man arrested in Paso Robles on charges of beating his girlfriend's toddler to the point she had to be hospitalized, was released from custody despite a request from immigration officials to hold him.

Francisco Javier Chavez, 27, from Mexico, is no stranger to San Luis Obispo County.

The undocumented immigrant was arrested by Paso Robles police for allegedly beating his girlfriend's 2-year-old daughter. The toddler was left with broken arms and legs, a compressed spine, a 107-degree fever, and a bladder infection, officials say. It was enough to land Chavez behind bars.

But since 2006, Chavez has committed several crimes. According to San Luis Obispo County Superior Court records, Chavez’s crimes range from not following traffic signals to assault with a deadly weapon and drug trafficking.

Just another DREAMER dreaming of a little drug dealing, assault and child abuse. I'm sorry, that should be undocumented pharmaceutical activities, refusal to accept tone policing in all matters including child-rearing.

Child abuse suspect fails to appear in court

A Paso Robles man accused of felony child abuse was a no-show at his arraignment on Thursday. Now, the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney has a bench warrant out for his arrest.

Francisco Javier Chavez, 27, is charged with seven felonies for offenses the DA says happened in July. Chavez is accused of beating his girlfriend's two-year-old daughter so badly that Paso Robles police say she is lucky to be alive.

Chavez, an undocumented immigrant, was booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail but he managed to post $100,000 bail before arrangements were made between the county and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency to detain him further. The Sheriff's Office had to release Chavez once he posted bail.

"There is nothing we can do until we have him in custody again," said Lee Cunningham, San Luis Obispo County Assistant District Attorney. "Hopefully we set that bail so he won't get out again until we conclude the proceedings and conclude the punishment."

"Is it surprising that there is a warrant and he failed to appear? No. But certainly, being fair, we have plenty of U.S. citizens that do not appear as well and I think the best thing we can do is get him back into custody," said Sheriff Ian Parkinson. "Now with the increased bail amount, hopefully (we) keep him in custody and (have) him answer to these charges in court."

Since 2006, Chavez has committed several crimes, including assault with a deadly weapon and drug trafficking. He was deported to Mexico in January 2014.

He was deported in January 2014 - and in the country again to do tremendous harm to a small child - beyond sickening; a sub-human act. Why release him on bail - honor the deportation first. The actions of this admin are criminal too.

If He had done this to my granddaughter I can tell you that he would NOT be standing erect. He would have to be hauled away in an ambulance!

I want to ask why he was even out on bail, but we had to expect him to no show at the arraignment, so I guess this is another victory for 'Bama's campaign to transform America.

A $100,000.00 bail is all they held him with. I wonder if the bail bondsman is looking for him also...
