Happened to be flipping through the channels on TV today and saw a woman on the California Big Spin Lottery show who did not speak a word of English. She was being interviewed in Spanish and when asked what she would do if she won, she told the announcer she would go to visit her family in Mexico, who she hasn't been able to go visit in 16 years (yeah, 16 years here and still refuses to learn English, what a shock). Then they showed her family in the audience, there's her husband, who did not speak English either of course, and their 7 kids.

Now they did not come right out and say she was illegal, but why would a person not be able to visit their family in Mexico for 16 years unless they were afraid of not being able to get back? And having a crapload of kids and not knowing a word of English, sound familiar? I wondered if illegals are allowed to get lottery winnings and the CA Lottery website says non-citizens are allowed to collect any winnings. WTF is up with that? Isn't hitting the anchor baby and welfare/food stamp lottery good enough for these lawbreaking moochers?

BTW, she ended up spinning the Big Wheel and winning $40, 000. I wonder if she'll have to pay up any taxes on that? How does she do that anyway, with someone's stolen SS# no doubt?
