Illegal Immigrant Arraigned New Jersey Execution Murders
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,292717,00.html
NEWARK, N.J. — An illegal immigrant in the execution-style killings of three students was to be arraigned on Friday morning after surrendering the day before to New Jersey Mayor Cory Booker.
Jose Carranza, 28, was expected to plead not guilty. A second suspect, a 15-year-old boy, has been held pending a detention hearing. Authorities were seeking to have him tried as an adult
Carranza, of Peru, was being held on $1 million bail. He turned himself in after his fingerprints were lifted from a bottle in connection with the shootings of four college students on Saturday. Three were killed but a fourth survived and was hospitalized after the shootings in a Newark schoolyard.
FOX News has learned Carranza, who has a fake Social Security number, had been arrested on charges of raping a 5-year-old and then threatening the child and parents. In that case he faced a 31-count indictment.
In another, he was arrested on assault charges stemming from a bar fight.
Relatives of the victims embraced each other as they entered to watch the hearing. Carranza, who also goes by the alias Josa La Chira, was to be arraigned before Essex County Superior Court Judge Michael Casale.

Well, Fox News had it on, then it will probably continue with Hannity and Gibson, and maybe O'Reilly. Let's see if Lou Dobbs runs with it.
We could also call our reps and say, "See this guy? This is who you wanted to give amnesty to with a blanket legalization. You aren't for the law-abiding American Citizen."
I've printed this article up. Fox has a link to a "printer friendly" version so you can print it. IF you are considering approaching your city councils with a proposal to enacted the 287 (g) in your city, this is a perfect article to have on hand to give them for your argument. We need to start documenting incidents like this so that our officials can see actual accounts to take into consideration to enact 287 (g) in our areas. I'm beginning to compile them so I can approach one of council persons since he helped us win an environmental issue.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

This beast just pled "not guilty"at his arraignment!
He has 31 counts of rape and sodomy against his girlfriend's 5 year old daughter!!! Prison is too good for him...why waste taxpayer's money on a trial! He doesn't deserve "due process" and I hope someone saves us the time and money! He doesn't deserve to live another day!!!
These executions sound like MS 13 and there are still 3 more on the loose! You can bet the citizens of Newark will take this one to the streets!

Time to rally
I HOPE this goes to the streets........If any readers here are from NJ, now is the time to start writing Trenton. We can waste our time in writing/called Menendez too but I say forget that crook and go to the top.
I wish the families of the kids murdered in such a horrid manner could sue the government for derelict of Duty. After all isn't that our governments most important job, to protect American Citizens? We can spend billions a month protecting Iraqs residents from invaders but not our own citizens.

I would absolutely love to see the families of these victims sue the heck out of the State of New Jersey for leaving this animal out on the street !!!
It was totally irresponsible of the judicial system and I feel they are accessories to murder.
