FOX News has learned Carranza, who has a fake Social Security number, had been arrested on charges of raping a 5-year-old and then threatening the child and parents. In that case he faced a 31-count indictment.

When is the Bush adminatration going to be held accountable for these crimes? Bush doesn't want any of our immigration laws enforced, and now we are being over run with these criminals. If Bush had his way this guy would had been made legal with the Amnesty bill the senate tried to pass!

Today, its being announced they are getting tough on employers who hire people with SS#'s that don't link up with SS Administration. Now they have a small amount of time to clarify if it was a clerical error or if the SS# really doesn't match. Then they have to fire the person or pay a hefty fine of $10,000 or more for each instance.

My take is, they are calling the National Guard back from the border. They are getting tough on the employers to "cause enough pain" as Fox News states it to get the Congress to pass immigration reform. In other words, I won't secure the border. I'll put the heat on the employers so they are screaming to the Congress and pressure them into pushing it down our throats again. WELL, WE NEED TO GIVE THEM ENOUGH PAIN TOO. When they are back, we watch them like EAGLES and we take their phone systems down again. If that doesn't work, we vote Independent and we march in DC.

It's unfortunate they can't be physically removed from office and forever barred from public service---if you can even call it that.

There not slipping through the cracks. They are slipping through our border. They break the law when then enter our country and nothing happens to them. So the message is clear our laws dont pertain to them. They continue to rob,rape,murder,defraud the goverment and us taxpayers. Police is many citys are forbidden to even question them about their illegal satus. I goes on and on. Today i saw a lisence plate that read (AZATLAN 1) They even flaunt it in our faces.

When will this maddness stop?

If any of us think Pres. Booosh and his cronies are actually starting to fight this you are mistaken. It is just a ruze to make everyone think that. We the American people are going to have to take this to the streets. I know the illegal parasites have affected my family directly by murder (DUI) and it is time to put a stop to the invasion. The only way anything will ever change is if we the people actually stand up and force them to change. Phone calls and faxes only go so far... If we do not stand up, our country will be sold out by these fools in our government. It is time to take a stand and put the illegal loving sellouts and laraza to sleep.. Be an American!

Texlegal1, so sorry to hear your family has lost a family member to an illegal. I lost a grandson and brother 3 days after X-mas by an illegal. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and yours. The illegal who killed by family may not have been under the influence, but none the less, he struck and killed them and left them to die. I am with you and all others who have lost at the hands of an illegal. Parasite is actually too good of a word for them I believe. Then are lower than that, considering they are killing are innocent citiizens at an alarming rate and our suits in DC could care a flying bleep, bleep about any of us. I also believe it is a ruse. The news reports are too calculated, too timed, too phony.

NEWARK, New Jersey (CNN) -- An arrest warrant has been issued for a fourth suspect in last weekend's execution-style slayings of three college students, the Newark mayor's office said.

Police are hunting for Rodolfo Godinez, 24. Three others have been arrested in connection with the case.

Newark police said Godinez, also known as Rodolfo Gomez, is a Nicaraguan national who lived in Newark's Ivy Hill section.
