    Gabriel...the U.S. Constitution applies to American Citizens, not criminals who entered this country illegally.
    It probably should, but our legal system says not. It is well established precedent.

    I've been checking in, but time has been limited...you know how that is. I am still fighting the good fight though, and made sure that I made it back for May Day. Mexico? Some days it feels like it. LOL!

    The darned Constitution is getting in the way of my plans.

    Then our 'legal system' can't read plain English any more than our uninvited guests can.

    The very first paragraph of the Constitution lays out who is writing it and who it applies to. It goes like this...
    We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union,
    establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common
    defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to
    ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the
    United States of America.
    Who's thinking is SO convoluted that they can't comprehend THAT?!?
