It's time to organize marches. (As the illegals did last year) The White House and Congress are asleep at the wheel, and no amount of reason is going to wake them from their collective corporate highs.

And although the marches received a lot of press, the American public was a little more than shocked that illegals would have the audacity at such actions. It made no sense that illegals were marching in OUR streets to take away OUR rights.

It's time we, as legal citizens, take back our streets and our country through collective marches across the country. The voice of the American people will be heard.

I agree with your idea, Argentphil.As great leaders of the past have said, "Rise Up!" We stopped amnesty with our voices now lets send ALL illegal aliens from our country but our VOICES and ACTIONS.

Texlegal has a good idea. Why isn't one of the parents of these victims following Pres. Bush around and gathering media attention like Cindy Sheehan? What if they formed a rally or group and kept in the media's face about it?

This is an outrage but don't forget Elizabeth Pena & Jennifer Ertman who were brutally murdered in 1993 in Houston. The ringleader's death penalty is going before the Supreme Court because he was not allowed the Mexican Consul to visit him although he never asked for it.

Additionally, a third killer out of the five who were put on death row for this crime had an appeal pending before the US Supreme Court. In this instance, Joe Medellin claims that he should get a new trial because he is a Mexican national and should have been allowed to contact the Mexican consulate for legal assistance. However, he had lived in the US since he was six years old and had gone to elementary, middle and high school here. The Supreme Court heard arguments in the case in spring of 2005 and sent the case back to the state court for a hearing.
Unfortunately it is back before the Supreme Court.
This has to stop. Jenny & Elizabeth died in 1993...it is now 2007 - 14 years later and American children are still being murdered by illegal aliens. Am I bitter...you bet!
